Easy access to I-10. Food King, Restaurants, 5 min to Sunland Park Mall, 13 min to Outlets, many Shopping centers, UTEP, Hospitals, 15 min to Downtown, Banks, Plenty of parking.
PET allowed.
No PARTIES or events are allowed,
No smoke.
This spacious fully remodeled apartment offers a beautiful kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 of them have a Queen bed, the other has a 2 Twin beds, all beds have very comfortable memory foam mattresses for you to have a better rest. Also a dining room with 4 chairs, all rooms has 32" Roku TV, the living room has a sofa and Loveseat, upgraded appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen to make you feel at home, high-speed internet access and desk space available to work, It has 3 mini splits air conditioning and heating, one in each room.
Also has a large shared back yard.
Please Consider that the back yard and landscaping in front the apartment are no finished yet and we are working on them and may you will see a mess, noises and people working.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT:
* Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am, Mountain Time. Housekeeping must have an adequate amount of time to clean, disinfect and prepare the home for incoming guests. Please be considerate of their time.
* Check-in early or check-out late. We can be flexible as long as we have availability and you let us know one day before your arrival or one day before your departure. If you notify us the same day, we will not be able to help you and you will have to follow the house rules.
* If you plan to check out late after 12:30 pm and we have availability, consider paying an extra night because we would have to block the day at that time because we would not have enough time to clean and disinfect the property for that same day.
STRICTLY RULES:
a) Strictly NO SMOKING INSIDE the Propertie. $400.00 Dlls. Penalty.
b) Strictly NO PARTIES. $400.00 Dlls. Penalty
c) Strictly No weapons and/or illegal substances allowed in the property. Marijuana is Illegal in Texas.
If we detect that you are in possession of any weapon or prohibited substance, we will immediately contact the Police, Cancel your reservation and ask you and all your guests to leave the property immediately without any right to a refund.
d) Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
Declare all the guests who are going to stay in the house. $100.00 per night Penalty for each undeclared guest.
e) We ask that you prudently be silent & discreet from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am and respect the noise curfew.
PETS RULES:
a) Small Pets are allowed, 25 pounds or less.
b) Maximum 1 pet per stay. $65.00 Dlls. per pet fee.
c) Pets are not allowed to be on any carpet, beds, couches, or furniture.
d) There is a 250 dlls fee if you do not declare your pets or if additional cleaning is needed on the furniture or carpets for not following pet rules.
e) Always clean the poop on the patio, Pets are not allowed to be without a leash outside the property.
f) No pet over 25 pounds unless is a service pet.
AIR CONDITIONERS AND HEATING:
a) Please turn off all air conditioners or heating units when you leave the house and/or those that you do not use, if you go to the bedroom, please turn off the one in the living room or if you are going to be in the living room, please turn off the ones that are in the bedrooms, please help us not to increase unnecessary electricity costs.
The air conditioning and heating equipment that we installed are highly efficient and can cool or heat the room in a few minutes.
b) Strictly, Please do not put the Air Conditioner temperature below 72 degrees, it could freeze and stop working. Help us take care the equipment. $200 dlls. Penalty.
c) Strictly, Please do not put the heating above 75 degrees, help us take care of the equipment, $200 dlls. Penalty.
Check Out instructions:
* Please gather all trash from the bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen and place it in the GREY trashcan outside beside the house. Please don’t use the blue one.
*Throw away and/or take all food with You. Please leave the fridge and freezer empty and clean
* Please don’t leave dirty dishes.
* Put all used towels in the shower and leave bedding in the bedroom. You don't have to strip the beds.
*Please return the TV remote to the nightstand in each room.
*Please make sure the back door and windows are locked.
* Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house
Please send us a message one night before to tell us your check-out time, it would help us a lot to have a better cleaning schedule.
*Any violation of the house rules may result in the cancellation of your reservation and eviction of all guests from the property immediately and without the right to a refund of your payment.
* In case of property emergency and other issues (water or gas or electrical issues, broken windows, building safety concerns) please call us!
* Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner.
* Reservation change requests are handled according to VRBO cancellation policy.
