Way beyond great! Super clean, no hassles, everything was supplied. Towels wash clothes soap shampoo even snacks in the cupboard and refrigerator. Host Jenny makes everything great!

This is a favorite home-away-from-home for me. Central location to relatives’ homes. Easy access to airport. The hostess goes above and beyond providing bagels, coffee ( pods or ground coffee). I appreciate the security of the main gate and the front door with iron grill door. It’s very clean and cool in summer and cozy in winter. There’s 2 flat screens and most toiletries you can think of. After a long day it’s nice to retreat to this cozy home and rest for next day. Communication with hosts is easy through texts. Lots of good eating places around too. Thank you for being a superb caring hostess! See you soon!

Far better than expected, clean, comfortable, secure and private. Love this place, easy airport access, very close to fort Bliss, and the host is wonderful. It’s full of nice surprises that we haven’t seen in other rentals of this type.I highly recommend it!But, no more than 2 people

Amazing relaxation destination

Our stay was so wonderful we will make a point of traveling that way again just to stay there. Everything we could possibly need was at our fingertips as well as so many indulgent extras. The very cozy oasis was wonderfully decorated and very comfortable, and the massage chair was just what we needed before slipping in between the super soft sheets and blankets after a long day of driving. From the immediate responsiveness of our gracious host to the chocolates on our pillows, it was the perfect stay.

felt like home

This place was perfect for me, traveled with 2 pets. It was comfortable & great use of space in the unit. The furniture and fixtures are very nice. Great host, quick response. Pets could've used a green space to do their business but they managed without. The area is older, some places were a bit run down, no problems with anybody coming around or bothering us. I would recommend and stay in this rental again.

Very nice and cozy, and very close to the grocery store. They included all kinds of nice things too like groceries in the fridge and treats for dogs! I really enjoyed it and would stay here again.

Home away from home

This home had everything we needed to feel "at home" away from home. The property was as described. It was fully stocked with an array of breakfast items. The bathroom was also stocked with various toiletries. It had several technical amenities- smart TVs, white noise machine, nightlights, and fireplace. There were board games for our family to play as well. Communication was excellent and Jenny was quick to reply. Check in and check out Instructions were clear. I enjoyed the added security with a private driveway and gate. The location of home was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway. I thoroughly enjoyed every part of the stay. As an added bonus, there was a high tech massage chair that everyone enjoyed.

The property was clean, well stocked (kitchen and bathroom supplies), and absolutely great. Host prepared us ahead of time on check-in procedures making that process seamless. Host also quickly addressed a problem with the internet failing by calling server and getting instructions to regain service. Overall a fantastic experience! Thanks Jenny, you're awesome!

If you forgot something no worries everything you possibly need she has ready for you!!

This was only my second time stay in vrbo first one was a disaster due to small child with disabilities and two service animals. Decided I wanted to extend my stay so I found a second Vrbo and landed in home away from home truly was. Jenny did not miss a single detail after being discriminated in the past about service animals I was hesitant but her place said very pet friendly 20 minutes before I was to arrive I decided to tell her that I forgot to mention I was bringing to service dogs. When I went to message her I realize she has already sent me a message letting me know she went out and bought fresh bagels for when I arrived when I arrived she was just leaving the property only because I told her the service puppies were coming she was so excited she told me she had to come back and put the puppy stuff out and I was so shocked and amazed fresh water bowl in food bowl for the puppies and big bowls as they are big dogs she had puppy treats poop bags nail clippers everything if I had known she had had top shelf shampoo I would not have just bought that morning new shampoo LOL I had even bought a new hair dryer because the last place did not have yep Jenny had one too and it was better than the one I bought.☺️our soldier loved the cashmere sheets was a real treat 4 him. Jenny does not miss a detail I mean not one detail all of the accommodations was top notch top quality all the way down to the dish. She was like family at 1st sight. Even had recommend things to do

Excellent!

This was our first VRBO experience and let me just say, all future hosts we stay with will have a LOT to live up to. Jenny's communication throughout our experience was top notch. My son in law was getting out of the army and the mover's came a week early, so we need a place for three adults and a toddler under two for a few days while we wrapped up the final details to move back to the east coast. The home is in a convenient location, easy to get to everywhere we needed to go during our stay. The property is in a nice neighborhood and very secure. The space is cozy and well appointed. Jenny setup a pack and play with comfy linens, a changing table and baby wipes as well as a high chair, snacks and age appropriate toys. Moving is stressful, even more so with an infant, and the extra care Jenny took to ensure our comfort and ease of stay with a toddler we're so appreciated. Everything about the place is comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are stocked with everything you could possibly need and way more than you would get at an extended stay or luxury hotel. Bagels, coffee/tea eggs, etc. We were blown away by all that was available for our use. I wish Jenny had rentals in more places! I don't anticipate a return to El Paso, but if I do return, this is where I'd stay every time. Don't even hesitate to book this property. Jenny is the best and the place is great.

Awesome place

This is the ideal spot for us when we visit family! It's always spotless and extremely comfortable. Jenny thinks of everything and is very attentive and thoughtful. We always eat with our family but Jenny leaves eggs and bagels in the fridge if your interested in having breakfast there. The 3 bedroom house (separate rental) that is attached to this apartment will be handy when we decide to bring the kids and grandkids 🙂
