The place was clean, spacious and comfortable and we felt it was very much as described in the post. Why we rated a 4 instead of a 5:-No curtains in the master bedroom and there are huge street lights just outside so it was very bright even in the middle of the night. That really did not make for a good night’s sleep. -The kitchen was fairly well appointed, but there was no plain baking sheet. The only one had holes in the bottom. Since we like to make biscuits, cookies and cinnamon rolls, this was not ideal. -I would have liked better places to hold my shower toiletries. There was only one cheap plastic shower caddy and everything kept falling out so we just kept everything on the floor in there. Not a big deal, but would be such an easy and cheap fix to buy baskets that stick to the walls. They also look a lot more modern than the 90s plastic shower caddy. Overall, we would definitely stay there again. The pool and hot tub were also a lot of fun and very nice. Thanks for a great trip!

Thank you for staying. We would like to address your points. 1. There are blinds that you turn to the closed position to totally block out the light. If you had said something, we would have shown you. 2. There are plain baking sheets (a full set) in the oven drawer under the oven. If you had said, we would have informed you. 3. If you wanted a different shower caddy, we would have literally gotten one, as we have extras in our office and a full staff on site. We checked in on you both by phone, text, and email twice during your stay, and you said everything was perfect. I think your review is unfair, as despite our checking in with you, you never mentioned a thing that we literally could have rectified in minutes. Great resort and location

The condo is spacious and very nice. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is stocked with lots of utensils and cookware making cooking easy.

The perfect location in Orlando. Super close to the convention center if you are in town for business, and close to all the parks if you are in town for fun.
