We welcome longer term stays and we are willing and able to work with your schedule. We have everything you need to enjoy your stay in Charlotte, NC! This renovated home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located less than 2 miles from Center City. Close to the heart of the City, Uptown holds something for everyone: Bank of America Stadium, BB&T ballpark, Spectrum Arena, Nascar Hall of Fame, lush parks and greenways, eateries, world-class museums, lively breweries and hip shops.
The space
This spacious 2-bedroom apartment offers a modern kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, smart TV, FREE wifi and off-street parking!

Fresh towels, sheets, blankets and bathroom & kitchen supplies are provided for the initial term. The apartment is professionally cleaned between all visits.

Other amenities included are an iron + board, vacuum, hair dryer, and a coffee maker so you can start your day right! The Smart TV allows guests to access their streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube.

Pets are welcome to stay but there is a pet fee, additional fees apply to additional pets. Please let us know what type of pet you will be bringing when booking and we can add applicable fees to the cost of the stay.

The home is not baby proofed and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
Guest access
Guest access codes are unique to each stay and will be shared prior to check-in. If you need anything during your stay please feel free to text in the app or reach out directly. In stay cleaning can be made available by request for an additional charge of $160.00 per cleaning.

We are also just 10 minutes from the airport.
Each unit is allotted a dedicated parking spot.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is allowed outside the unit, we simply ask you clean up after yourself.
