The Space:

This two-level villa is designed with groups and families in mind. Each floor features a mirrored layout: one king bedroom and one twin room, with two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen per level—perfect for shared vacations with space to spread out. The airy living and dining areas are great for gathering, while fast Wi-Fi and A/C throughout the home ensure year-round comfort. Outdoors, you’ll find a tranquil garden with a private jacuzzi (fits 5) surrounded by tropical greenery, and a rooftop terrace ideal for stargazing or sunset lounging. You’ll enjoy all the comforts of home—including modern appliances, cookware, and private parking for two cars—just a short walk from the beach club, seafood markets, and vibrant marina life.



As a guest of this villa, you'll have *access to the B Nayar Beach Club and all of its facilities. Lounge by the two 100m pools, play tennis/basketball, or indulge in fresh, light cuisine at the open-air restaurant. Sip on a margarita or a freshly-squeezed lemonade with mineral water, and take in the spectacular views of the Sierra Madre mountains and Banderas Bay. With access to the on-site spa, you can also treat yourself to a relaxing massage or beauty treatment.

👥 Additional adults: $500 MXN per person per day (includes $250 MXN food & beverage credit and $250 MXN access, towel included).

⏰ Hours:

Beach access from 7:00 a.m.

Kitchen open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Beach club closes at 7:00 p.m.

🏖 Amenities: pools, lounge chairs, tables, chairs, and sports courts (paddle, basketball, pickleball, and tennis), subject to availability. More information is available at the beach club reception.
