Monitor local fire conditions, especially during dry or hot weather. You can check the Cal Fire website or reach out to the Concierge team for updates.
Make sure your phone is set to receive emergency alerts by enabling “Emergency Alerts” in your device settings.
Outdoor fires, fire pits, and fireworks are strictly prohibited at this property. This rule is required by local fire safety regulations.
In the event of an evacuation, follow all instructions from local authorities and the Wander Concierge team to ensure a safe and quick departure.
WILDLIFE WARNING
Please be aware that wildlife populations including mule deers, racoons, coyotes, rattlesnakes, and black bears are high in the area (particularly March-October). We kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.
There is also an extremely friendly and sweet, neighborhood cat, named Toby, that wanders the neighborhood.
ACCESSIBILITY
Winter Access
A 4WD vehicle is required during winter months due to snow and steep road conditions. Please plan accordingly for safe travel. Also note that the EV charger is for Tesla, so an adapter may be needed.
Stairs
This home contains features that may be difficult for some guests, including children, pets, or the elderly, such as climbing a set of 3–4 steps to enter the property. It is not wheelchair accessible.
OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above (6 guests) to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-friendly home. Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste.
SECURITY
There is a Ring doorbell camera in the front door and security cameras throughout the property exterior. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
