Guest Access
Enjoy private access to the entire home and front fenced in yard. This stand alone home shares a plot with 2 other small houses. Mutual respect of privacy is expected and appreciated.

Parking in driveway is shared with 2 other units on property. Free street parking is always available.

Additional amenities available upon request:
★ Cleaning service during your stay: $189 per service visit
★ Ergonomic chair and/or computer monitor for office desk: $50 setup fee per each (must request at time of booking)
★ Continental breakfast for 1 day (pre-stocked in kitchen at check in): $40 for one person or $80 for 4 people (menu selections requested after booking)
★ Picnic basket for 2: $100 (includes blanket, utensils, food and choice of red, white, or sparkling wine)

FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 30 days:
― Additional identification, a leasing agreement, and additional deposit will be required.
― Dogs smaller than 20 lbs may be permitted for stays longer than 30 days. Please make your request in advance, do not auto book, if you want to bring a pet. Contact the host via VRBO message to determine if your pet can be allowed (for insurance policy purposes). You’ll be asked the age, size, weight and breed of your pet and will be asked to agree to PET STAY TERMS prior to booking. These will be sent in messages upon inquiry. PET STAY fee is $200 per pet/per stay.
