Genießen Sie dieses beeindruckende Ranchhaus mit sechs großen Schlafzimmern und vier Badezimmern. Diese geräumige Unterkunft bietet ein Hauptschlafzimmer auf jeder Ebene und vier weitere Schlafzimmer mit Flachbildfernsehern. Drei große Wohn- / Familienzimmer, zwei voll ausgestattete Küchen, zwei Essbereiche, ein Kamin, ein Aufenthaltsraum und ein separater Theaterraum runden das Angebot ab.

Die Hauptebene verfügt über ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem privaten Badezimmer, das eine Whirlpool-Badewanne, eine separate ebenerdige Dusche, ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Kamin und einen Flachbildfernseher umfasst. Es gibt auch zwei zusätzliche Schlafzimmer (ein Kingsize- und ein Queensize-Bett), zwei Wohnzimmer mit TV und einen Steinkamin. Die voll ausgestattete Küche bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Haushaltsgeräte, Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Darüber hinaus gibt es zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten an der Frühstücksbar für vier Personen. Es wird keine Probleme geben, bequeme Orte zum Essen und / oder Entspannen zu finden!

Die untere Ebene ist wunderschön mit einem zweiten Hauptschlafzimmer und zwei weiteren Schlafzimmern mit jeweils einem Kingsize-Bett, einem Queensize-Bett und einem Fernseher ausgestattet. Der riesige Familien- / Hobbyraum verfügt über ein Schlafsofa, einen großen Fernseher, einen Tischfußball und einen Billardtisch. Die zweite voll ausgestattete Küche bietet zusätzlichen Komfort und Geräte in voller Größe. Neben der Funktionalität verfügt die untere Ebene über einen privaten Theaterraum mit zwei Sitzgruppenebenen und einem Schlafsofa. Es ist perfekt für einen Filmabend, Firmenmeetings oder alle Arten von Sportveranstaltungen mit Freunden und der Familie.

Genießen Sie die Natur mit einer großen überdachten Terrasse mit zwei Holzkohlegrills und einer Feuerstelle. Das Haus bietet auch vier Schlafsofas für Gäste. Crossing at the Oaks ist nur einen Katzensprung vom Spring Brook Clubhaus entfernt, in dem sich die Innen- / Außenpools, der Golfplatz-Pro-Shop und die Sportbar mit Grill befinden. Das Haus bietet Platz für maximal 20 Personen. Die Preise basieren auf 12 Personen über 3 Jahren. Für jeden weiteren Gast wird eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 15 USD pro Nacht erhoben. very nice place to stay

this place was very clean and had everything possible that we needed in the kitchen. Just one thing, we didn't have any foose balls for the game. We were 6 minutes from Walmart and 6 minutes from Noah's Ark. Having the indoor pool and outdoor pool was nice for the little kids.

The house fit our family of 14 perfectly. There was ample room to spread out and have space to yourself as needed. It was close to all of the local attractions as well. The only downside was from the generator noise next door for the new house being built. Will definitely keep this on the list for future trips to the Dells!

This is a great rental! It was spacious, clean and a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the clubhouse, pools and hot tubs. Good communication on what to bring/not bring. Theater room was awesome! Beds comfortable....ceiling fans and TV's in bedrooms. There were 2 coffee makers on the main level, but we brought our own Keurig. We were a bunch of girlfriends celebrating our 70th birthdays and there was a birthday cake waiting for us! I appreciated that there were 2 very large tables with plenty of chairs. It was just everything we needed and more!

Family weekend in Wisconsin Dells

This is great place for a family getaway,, bedrooms were nice size with comfortable beds, beautiful yard, huge open concept kitchen with plenty of seating for meals, fireplace, fungame room and theater room. Vety clean and spacious. We were very comfortable here with a party of 11, and will stay here again on our next visit.

Sister's 70th Birthday

My family had a great time enjoying the property for my sister's 70th birthday. The accommodations were incredible - perfect location to many Dell's restaurants, Sundara Spa and fun activities at the home. We enjoyed playing pool and hanging out in the spacious area downstairs. It was a very nice stay!

Property was spacious and well maintained. Enjoyed evening campfires and meals on the porch. Plenty of room for our six cars. Could have used a few more serving bowls and dish towels but we managed quite well! Thanks for providing a wonderful place for our family to gather!

Great house with tons of room for entertaining.

With six bedrooms and 4 baths, there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The house was clean and was ready upon arrival. Having 4 rooms with couches and tvs, everybody could relax and watch what they wanted to. I would recommend this house to anybody wanting to stay there.

Fine Wisconsin Dells Stay

Our family enjoyed the Crossing at the Oaks for our annual get together. Communication was timely and prompt when necessary. The amenities on the property provided options for everyone, and we enjoyed fine hiking opportunities and local attractions, all of which were just short drives away. The neighborhood was quiet, and we were impressed with the cleaniness and spaciousness of the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Get Away

This was a wonderful gathering spot for our extended family. There was lots of room if people needed some quiet space and fabulous areas for all 16 of us to gather together. Close to the Dells for more tourist type activities, close to Devils Lake State Park for hiking and scenery and staying on the property was equally fun with indoor and outdoor pools available. This spot provided a lovely extended weekend get away! The office staff at Spring Brook were so helpful, kind and friendly!!!

Nice property

It was very clean and more than we expected. Very nice porches and close to everything in the Dells. The Resorts pool was only a short distance away. The home is listed as sleeping 20 but you might have to be really creative to make that work.

Spacious cabin

This cabin was perfect for our group of 3 families. The adults and kids loved the game room and the theater room. It was very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies, but no salt and pepper, no hot pads, and not enough kitchen towels/dishcloths (not a big deal at all, but good to know for packing). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We do apologize for the no salt/pepper, we unfortunately cant supply those in the home due to tampering reasonings. Had an excellent time.

This is a wonderful place to stay with a large group. It is well kept up with large bedrooms. We enjoyed using the game tables and the theater room. It was expensive, but worth it. The only minor disappointments were things like not enough toilet paper and dish towels. Also, there are not condiments or spices of any kind. You need to take with absolutely everything you need (foodwise) if making meals there.
