Please note that these items are intended to get you started — any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case we may offer a mid-stay replenishment.

Grill Type: Our home features both an electric pellet grill and a gas Weber grill for your use. Please note that we do not provide propane, pellets, or any other grilling supplies—only the grills themselves are provided.

These visits are limited to the exterior of the property, do not require access to the home, and are typically completed in less than 30 minutes. By booking this property, guests acknowledge that routine exterior maintenance may occur during their stay.
