Hi Yonga, Thank you so much for your feedback and for taking care of our home during your stay. Our cleaners commented that the house was the cleanest they have ever seen :-) I appreciate you taking the time to point out specific concerns and areas for improvements. Here's what we've done in response: - Our property manager has checked all the toilet seat and has tightened the one in the Primary bedroom. - We have ordered lamps with outlets and USBC ports to provide more outlet options by the bed. As for the Primary closet, did you notice that all four panels can slide either left or right? This allows for left, right, and wide access when both middle doors are open. The one unfortunate thing I am unable to address at the moment is the noise level. Although we have sound-barrier windows, you can still hear loud music from outside when drivers blast their music as they drive-by. I will look into acoustic window inserts and hope that will help.
