After being apart of the foster care community for over 19 years, starting as a foster home, & serving over 61 children, in 13 of the 19 years. Then serving over 13,000 children in the 17 of 19 of those years, in the Northeast Florida foster care system, as a nonprofit called Foster Closet Corp.

We have since retired as a foster home and with ALL our children grown, John and I wanted to have a home to retreat to at the beach. We also wanted to share our love of our Northeast FL beaches with others who need a getaway as well. Since we have adopted a child needing the help of a wheelchair, we have made our home available for those in need.

Our guest will have a one-of-a-kind experiences which shares our knowledge of the beach community, on-location beach photo shoots, personal chefs, surf lessons, with so many memories to take home. We will offer dates of local beach events and beach restaurants that are our local favorites.

Book your stay today in our modern, coastal-style, 3 story condo/townhome in a desirable area in Jacksonville Beach, FL. Dip you toes in the Atlantic Ocean, just steps away! This lovely beach home totals 1,992 square feet & comfortably sleeps up to six with 2.5 bathrooms, plus offers free 300 Mbps WiFi & Smart TVs on each level.

On our 1st floor you will find a cozy living room with a smart TV, foldout full queen size bed, an Infinity Game table, queen Murphy bed, walk-in shower/bathroom with vanity.

In 1st floor’s walk-in closet We have a remarkable coffee/ tea bar with all the “fix’ns. It also has a toaster oven, microwave, plates, cups and plastic wear. Fun sea shell craft to leave us your artwork to remind us of your stay.

A small refrigerator in closet on the first floor, with wheelchair ramp & wheelchair of needed. Our beach closet as well, with beach chairs, beach cart, 2 beach cruisers, Bluetooth boombox, beach toys, tennis racquets & balls, beach game & two beach tents.

A full size laundry room with full size washer/dryer and utility sink awaits your stay, with all you need to do your laundry.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, with two walk-in closets. The ensuite bathroom has a large, double-headed shower and double vanities.

On the condos third floor, you will find a wonderful living/ dining / 1/2 bath & full-size cooks kitchen the spices & oils provided. Enough plates and serving utensils for six. Single or carafe coffee maker with everything you need . Full size refrigerator with water provided & icemaker, Wine, glasses, & cocktail glasses as well. Pots and pans & serving dishes. There is a full size pantry.

3rd floor balcony has ocean views where you can sip your coffee from the balcony bar & 2 stools.
