Cancellation Policy:
• Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking (must be at least 14 days before check-in)
• 50% refund for cancellations 14+ days prior (outside 48-hour window)
• 50% refund for cancellations 7–14 days prior
• Cleaning fee only refunded if canceled within 7 days of check-in
