Great host

Very nice, clean and comfortable condo. Great amenities. An appliance wasn’t working when we arrived and Bryant had someone look at and fix it promptly, keeping me informed of the status along the way. Bryant was helpful, considerate and easy to communicate with.

Wonderful Stay and Accommodations

I've lived and vacationed in OCMD for 25 years. Sea Watch, is by far, one of the best properties in town! The condo complex is more like a resort including onsite parking, a small deli, arcade, movie theatre, pools and so many other fun things to stay busy! Very family friendly, but also relatively quiet and serene. This unit has all the necessary upgrades, and then some, making it the perfect stay for our small family and mother-in-law. Important Note - sheets and towels are NOT included, so bring your own or end up like many, buying them from TJ Maxx across the street:) In short, look no further, and book this property!

Definitely recommend

This resort has all you need especially with kids. I was impressed! And the unit is beautiful and very clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because there are no sheets on bed or bath towels. It’s not really mentioned on listing or at least I couldn’t find it anywhere so I just want others to be aware. I have no problem bringing those things ahead of time but thought it to be a little much to go spend money on vacation for those things for only 2 nights. I would still go back to use this unit because everything else was great just want to make everyone aware to bring bath towels and sheets:)

Great place and location

We were there for a lacrosse tournament, so not in the unit too much. But it was in good condition and located in a great area. The large balcony with a great view of the pool and the beach made it that much better.

Great property in N OC

Loved the location of this property and the unit itself. Very peaceful away from the boardwalk but plenty of great things nearby and within walking distance. Unit was great with updated kitchen to make small food prep a breeze. Rooms are small but cozy in the condo and the building is kept in impeccable shape. Will definitely stay here again.

Adorable Condo

The unit is clean and decorated beautifully. The view of the bay and the beach is stunning. I emailed the owner on the first day to advise him the balcony door handle was broken. Maintenance was there within an hour and it was fixed. The beds were very comfortable, even the bunk bed mattresses were great! The pools are nice and having a deli on the first floor was very convenient. The building is very well maintained. We highly recommend this unit.

Very nice place for a little getaway vacation

This condo was great for our long weekend trip to OC. The kids had very comfortable amenities with the pool and playground and space to hang out inside. Very happy and will likely stay Sea Watch in the future!

Everything we needed and more

This property had everything we needed! Ample space for our family of 4. I had coffee on the balcony, enjoying the perfect ocean view every morning. Everything was clean, up to date, and fully functional. The amenities included provided plenty of options to keep our kids entertained. We would surely consider this rental again in the future.

Great Condo

The property is spectacular. I have been to OC 24 times in 28 years, and it is the nicest condo I have seen. We have seen 3 at the SeaWatch, and this is hands down the best one yet. The owner was extremely helpful and very fast to respond to my many questions. The Condo itself has everything you need. Its s completely clean and decorated beautifully. The beds are very comfortable. The SeaWatch is family friendly and located in the northern part of OC, where it tends to be more calm. If you are renting a Condo in OC, and this one is available. You need to rent it. Anything else will be a let down. 10 out of 10. 5 stars. I can't say it enough.
