Very happy with the condo. It had plenty of room. Washer and dryer, kitchen stuff for cooking, towels, and bathroom soap and hair dryer. Condo was clean and bug free. Kids liked the pool and the playground.

Me and some friends stayed here for a softball tournament. Was clean, Spacious, had a nice pool and everything worked. Great price and good spot for people looking to get away for a bit.

A very nice place to stay with plenty of space for multiple people. The location was convenient in proximity to the beach and things like pier park. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing stay. The only issue was the stove was giving trouble. The host did send someone out. He definitely tried to help fix the problem. And when they came we were told that the stove's heat was made to go down when it got too hot. So maybe its me not knowing how to work said stove lol. But just for an example the one night we were able to use the stove it took us 3 hours to cook 12 chicken tenders. We had brought groceries and planned on cooking most nights so this was definitely an inconvenience. But in every other way this condo was amazing. Spacious. The 3 bathrooms were definitely a plus. One other suggestion if you come in more than one car you will have to pay for a parking pass. Not a complaint, just to give a heads up.

We have a total of four burners, and unfortunately one of them malfunctioned. The other three burners are working perfectly, and we have immediately called a professional to repair them.

This was a nice cozy spot. Other than the upstairs neighbors bumping and making noises all times of the day, it was a great stay. The parking space is only good for one spot. However, the second vehicle can park in the available space. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay.

It was a nice size condo on the ground level and a quiet community. Comfortable beds in the main bedrooms. It was very clean overall except for a few issues but the owner was quick to communicate about talking to housekeeping. Owner does communicate very well and I appreciated that. Overall though it was a very pleasant stay and particularly for my 81 year old mother who had a nice big bed and bathroom to herself.

The house smelled of smoke, from nearby tenants in another unit, immediately upon walking in. The home itself is dirty. The walls, doors, handles, floors-just not clean whatsoever. Mold in the main bathroom My grandmother woke up in the middle of the night for water and she killed 3 cockroaches in the kitchen. The next day we decided that due to the mold and cockroaches (cigarette and musty smell aside) to leave the property.

Please be advised that our property is cleaned by a professional cleaning team, and we also hire a professional pest control company for quarterly treatments, along with regular deep cleaning. Regarding the issues you reported, we have immediately arranged for additional comprehensive deep cleaning, mold removal, and pest control. As for the cigarette smoke from the neighbor, we will report it to the building management.

There was plenty of space. The condo seemed a little dated. The kitchen needed to be stocked more. The place slept 8 but there were 2 glasses and some coffee cups, it had a few small skillets and 2 other pots for cooking. No baking sheets. It had 2 cereal bowls and barely enough silverware. The oven handle was help on with tape.In the bathrooms there was mold in corners and some walking that was loose. It was like that in all 3 bathrooms. It was a good location and only a couple min drive to the beach.

Our overall stay was great. The price for a four bedroom place was perfect. The pool is a nice size. The kitchen could have used a few more essentials, but we didn’t do that much cooking. We could have used another set of towels for the bathrooms as we had 8 people, but generally everything was good. Very clean and spacious enough.
