Social-plan living and dining areas create a bright, welcoming space accented by modern furnishings and framed by glimpses of city views. A new queen sleeper sofa with a gel mattress adds flexible accommodations, allowing the apartment to comfortably sleep six. Wi-Fi and streaming TVs in the living room and both bedrooms offer easy downtime after a day exploring Newport. When events arenât underway, a shared outdoor patio offers a quiet spot to enjoy the fresh air.
All bedrooms in the loft are located on this same level. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom is furnished with two Twin XL bedsâideal for adults seeking a more comfortable rest. A second full bathroom, styled in classic black-and-white tilework, includes a shower/tub combination and serves the main living space and guest bedroom.

The patio is available to guests anytime when there is not an event taking place. Of note, there are common areas that may be shared by other guests. A floating staircase within the unit leads to a private upper landing, which includes a desk and sitting area with a chair and ottoman. While guests are welcome to use the space, please note it is not air-conditioned, and a storage room on this level is reserved for the ownerâs use and will remain closed during your stay.
The owner resides on-site and may at times use the shared entry hallway to reach a private front suite.

Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.
Other Things to Note:
We provide dedicated parking for up to 2 vehicles in the parking spaces immediately behind the building. Please note that parking on the street is not permitted and subject to ticketing and towing. To avoid any issues, kindly use only the dedicated parking spaces and limit vehicles to 2.
Interaction with Guests:
Privacy of Entrance / Shared Spaces: No events will take place during the stay. The owner lives on the property but is not intrusive, and insulation ensures privacy. Shared spaces are open but should not feel busy or loud.
