Guest Access:

🔑 Guests have full access to the lower-level unit, including the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry. Guest will also have use of the shared patio space just outside. The backyard is shared with the upper unit. One off-street parking spot is available via the alley, and street parking is also available in front. 📜 Rental Agreement

For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply

We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels. We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee

$20 per half hour late.



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
