You will receive a “boarding pass” upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details!
We are very close to the water and on a wooded lot, expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out, but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.
Please note that this property does not have a boat dock or ramp. If you plan to bring a boat, you’ll need to launch it and board it at Rocky Point Recreation Area. At the end of the day, you’ll also need to take the boat out of the water and return it to the house on its trailer. Nearby docks are privately owned and cannot be used.
Additionally, parking or driving on the grass is strictly prohibited, as there are underground utility lines that could be damaged. Thank you for your understanding!

The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without a refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund. You must be 25 years of age or older to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
This property is NOT pet friendly. If there is evidence of any pets in the home, you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee that covers the additional expense.
Early check-in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost.
This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
