The Paradise hosts up to 14 guests:

Bedroom 1: King Size Bed w/ private bath
Bedroom 2: Queen Size Bed w/ private bath
Bedroom 3: King Size Bed
Bedroom 4: King Size bed w/ private bath and sliding
door to the property.
Common Area: 2 twin pull-out beds
Living Room 1: Full-size pull-out sofa bed
Library Room (near the library): Full-size sofa extender

Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space for that perfect family-style meal.

Wet bar with counter space and seating, which is complemented by bench-style window seats with views of the property.

Additional dining space for 4 is nestled into the alcove in the grand foyer, leading to the additional living room and library area.

Once you reach the library, there is a door leading to a cabana-style area with a 1/2 bathroom, which leads to the pool.

The Frigate is our duplex and hosts up to 6 guests:

Bedroom 1 (master bedroom): Queen-size bed w/ private bath and private patio overlooking the property w/ ocean views

Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed w/ private bath and private patio overlooking the beautiful Casuarina Point

Common area: Full-size pull-out couch

Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, oven, stove, service for 6 with an attached bar stool counter for additional seating.

The Jolly Roger Hosts up to 6 guests:

Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed w/ sliding door access to patio
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed
Common Area: Full-size sofa bed

Fully equipped kitchen with service for 6, a coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher.


The property boasts endless ocean views, steps away from a stretch of soft white sandy beach perfect for a peaceful walk or romantic stroll, a private pool, kayaks, bar (for an additional fee you can have the bar stocked and hire a private attendant) paddle boards, beach games, a swing, hammock, outdoor dining patios, grills, onsite caretaker and the option to arrange concierge services to meet any additional requests (i.e. private chef, grocery shopping, daily housekeeping, massage, etc.) you or your guests may have during your stay.
