The construction next door was unfortunately out of our control, but we’re happy to share that it has since been completed. We also sincerely apologize for the cleanliness concerns you encountered, this is certainly not the standard we strive for. We had issues with our previous cleaning team, but rest assured, we’ve since hired a new team and those issues have been fully addressed. We’ve also taken note of the other points you mentioned from outdoor cleanliness and waste management to furniture and maintenance needs and are actively working to improve.
