For future guests, our listing accurately reflects that the home does not have a dishwasher, garbage disposal, or central air conditioning, which is common in Laramie's historic neighborhoods. Knowing you were visiting in July, we installed a portable A/C in the primary bedroom before your arrival, and it has worked as expected since our electrician updated the breaker. Our lawn is professionally maintained every two weeks during the summer. The first scheduled mowing was missed because guest-supplied locks confused our contractor; once we were notified 2 days prior to the next service, the yard was serviced promptly. We encourage guests to review our listing for their desired amenities and let us know about any concerns right away so we can resolve them quickly. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and wish you safe travels.
