Spielzimmer + Privater Pool • Nahe DFW & Grapevine

We are glad you enjoyed the game room, pool, and location. When you first contacted us regarding a cleanliness concern, we responded promptly and took it seriously. We immediately worked to address the issue and reviewed the matter with our cleaning team, as cleanliness is one of our highest priorities. The following evening, a separate concern was raised regarding bedding in a different bedroom after it had already been occupied. Although we were unable to verify the condition of the linens at that point, we still responded in good faith and worked to address the concern without assessing any additional charges during your stay. However, when our cleaning crew arrived after your stay it was very clear that the blood stains not only on the sheet, but also on the pillow were fresh and occurred during your stay. We incurred extra cleaning time and cost that we normally would have asked the guest to reimburse. We’re proud of our consistent history of positive cleanliness reviews on this platform and others, and remain committed to providing every guest with a clean, comfortable home.
