Hot tub was dirty and cover wasnât even on when we arrived. If it had been sanitized and service as their ad says they would have known it wasnât working. Hot tub did not work the entire time we were there. The 2nd day is called I was told the technician had been there and sent back photos to the office of it running and with lights on. That was a lie. 3 days later when we left I was being told repairs were more than they could do without owner approval. There was no picnic table on deck as per the listing. The beds were not as listed. The private theater room was a total joke. It looking NOTHING like the photos in the listing. There was no big sectional there was a single sofa only. The flooring downstairs in the game room was buckled and loose. It was in such disrepair it was dangerous. Dishwasher was dirty and broken the whole wine we were there as well. The kitchen was not fully equipped as described. We didnât have enough plates for all, there was only one bowl for food prep in the entire kitchen, no pot holders, no cutting board. And we found weed and rolling papers in the kitchen cabinet when we checked in. This was just a disaster. I called the office multiple times and reported all of this to them. No offer to make it right, nothing.
