Paynes Place- A Charming 2-bedroom cabin close to Blanchard Caverns/ Mirror Lake

Welcome to Payne’s Place. Conveniently located on Highway 14 North of Mountain View Arkansas near the White River and just up the road from Blanchard Springs Caverns. Horseback riding is also just up the road a couple of curves! If you’re looking for privacy in the woods, but just steps from pavement, you’ve found it! This place is our baby, but we have recently decided to rent it out, so if you’re looking to tear things up, not keep things clean, or not follow rules, respectfully, this is not the place for you. We pride ourselves on cleanliness and upkeep and we are seeking renters who desire the same. If you’re looking to relax by a nice fire out back at the custom stone fire pit, grill on the back deck, enjoy the breeze on the screened back porch, and sip coffee in the mornings on the front porch swing with the deer, this is the place for you! This is a private two-bedroom cabin with one bath including high speed fiber internet and a smart tv for those who don’t want to miss their favorite sporting events. The back porch is screened with a table and chairs and there is also a raised uncovered deck overlooking the fire pit area. Please note that the cabin is on well water (best water we’ve ever tasted) and there is not a dishwasher if that is a must for you.
