Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the spacious, clean home, the rooftop deck, and our communication throughout your stay. I’d also like to clarify a few of the concerns mentioned. The refrigerator leak was brought to my attention several hours after check-in, and once notified, I immediately suggested turning off the ice maker as the likely source of the issue. The smoke detectors had recently required battery replacement due to chirping, and I appreciated you bringing this to my attention so it could be addressed. Regarding the missing TV remote, unfortunately, I was not aware that a previous guest had misplaced it until you informed me. I always appreciate guests communicating any concerns during their stay so I have the opportunity to address them as quickly as possible.
