Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry that certain aspects of the property did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few items. Bicycles and golf carts are not advertised as amenities with this property, and while the home did have a ping-pong table in the past, it was removed approximately a year ago and is no longer advertised as an amenity. We do provide several board games, which are located in the cabinet area near the staircase. If there is ever a particular amenity or item that is important to a guest’s stay, we encourage reaching out before arrival so we can confirm availability or do our best to accommodate the request. Regarding the grill, because it is located outdoors, it is naturally exposed to Florida’s elements and occasional insects. We had not received previous concerns regarding the grill; however, when you requested a complete replacement during your stay, our team did make an effort to locate a comparable replacement at the hardware store, simply to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, an appropriate replacement was not available at that time. We also appreciate your comments regarding the paint and cabinetry and will take those into consideration as we continue maintaining and improving the property.We truly appreciate you staying with us and regret that everything was not exactly as you expected.
