Discover the Charm of Franklin from a Modern Casual Luxe 2-bedroom Cottage. The Cottage has 1 King adjustable bed and 1 Queen Adjustable bed. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains and shades. The Cottage has 2 full bathrooms stocked with Shampoo/Conditioner, Body wash & Lotion. The Bath towels are a generous size!

In the living room, with black out curtains and shades, there is a sleeper sofa. For your sleeping comfort you can choose soft fluffy bed pillows or more firm options are available.

We strive to use Eco friendly, Paraben free, Sulfate free & Hypoallergenic cleaning and body products.

Incredible home with a number of great features. Beautiful property and just far away enough from the center of town to be peaceful. House was very clean, the host was very attentive when needed, and it was the perfect space for our trip to Nashville/Franklin. Will definitely looking to stay again in the future.

This house was beautiful, very clean and so scenic. They have everything you need and everything feels so high end! The house and yard are absolutely perfect for entertaining or having a gathering, and you can tell a lot of time and thought was put into the decor to feel very cozi. The adjustable beds bed were a nice touch. I especially loved how it was out of the way in a very quiet area but yet very close to town and convenient, and will definitely stay here again.

Although they are nice - the listing photos on VRBO did not do this place justice. The grounds are beautiful and it's the cleanest property I've ever had the pleasure of visiting in terms of short-term rental. It was literally 8 minutes from downtown Franklin and about 5 minutes to Leiper's Fork. Precious place and fantastic host!! We were there for a wedding and needed an early check-in and thankfully they were able to accommodate. Everything was perfect!! Comfortable beds and pillows as well!! Highly recommend! :)

The house was perfect. It was very clean and cozy. It was also perfectly situated. Very close to Franklin and close to Nashville. We loved this place and would stay there again. The deck outside was heavenly. A great place to sit and enjoy a coffee or a cocktail.

Carters Creek Cottage was absolutely perfect for our stay during my son’s baseball tournament. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how immaculate everything was. The home is beautifully maintained, incredibly comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home.The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve slept in, and the kitchen was stocked better than almost any vacation rental we’ve stayed in. Every little detail had been thought of, making it so easy to settle in after long, hot days at the ballpark.The location couldn’t have been better, just minutes from downtown Franklin with easy access to everything we needed. We found ourselves bragging about this place to other tournament families all weekend.I honestly think having such a peaceful, comfortable place to come home to each evening played a small part in my son’s incredible weekend on the field. Rest matters, and this cottage provided exactly that.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be back the next time we’re in Franklin. Highly recommend!
