While the home was thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, we acknowledge that the kitchen sink and glass back door weren’t as spotless as they should have been due to a same-day issue with the garbage disposal — not an excuse, just an honest moment of real-world maintenance. We’re grateful you reached out with your concerns promptly — we truly want every guest to have the best possible experience, and it’s important to us that our high standards are upheld and our guests feel well cared for. Because of that, we were happy to send someone to the property within 90 minutes — on a Sunday evening — to re-clean and refresh the space while you were out at your event. We simply wanted you to come back to a very clean and comfortable space. Although you ultimately chose to stay with nearby family that evening, we appreciated hearing from you the next day that the home looked great and that you were pleased with the effort we made to make things right.
