Digs 1 is on the 1st floor.

You're welcomed into this nearly 1,000 square foot apartment by the open-concept living room to kitchen; followed by (2) bedrooms, situated to either side of the full-size bathroom, including a tub & shower combo.
Kitchen includes a (4) piece stainless steel suite of appliances and is fully stocked with plateware, silverware, cookware, cooking staples, coffeemaker & more.
Finishes include original hardwood floors, concrete counters, subway tile.
Noteworthy additions include a private off-street parking lot and private front patio.
Guest access:
A private off-street parking lot, in the rear of the building, leads you to the main entrance and exit, with keyless entry - followed by immediate keyless access into Downtown Digs #1.
Other things to note:
Beyond the incredible walkability of our neighborhood, you can quickly book an Uber or Lyft and readily find a number electric scooters to best navigate where you want to be, when you want to be there.
