Bring the whole family to this lovely home w/ lots of room to spread out! Our home is perfect for multi-generations or 10 adults that want plenty of bed options! We have a private family suite: 1 king bed, 1 sleeper sofa, & a kid room w/2 twin trundle, + a pacnplay & private bathroom, + a second master king bed suite w/private bath, & 2 additional bedrooms featuring a 3rd king bed, a queen bed w/a shared hall bath! It has a lovely covered patio, fenced yard, is 10 mins to Ft Jackson! Come stay!

This is a clean, inviting, and spacious place to call home away from home! It was recently renovated with all new paint, flooring, and new kitchen appliance and counters! You have the entire one level home to yourself! Linens & Starter Supplies of paper products provided! We really love hosting on Airbnb and want you to have a great time!

This home is really set up with multi-generations, large families, or adults that need space to spread out. It's a quiet neighborhood and not suited for parties. There are 4beds/3 full bathrooms featuring 2 master suites. We have a total of 7 beds + a sleeper sofa + pacnplay to suit all sleeping needs. We have 3 king beds, 1 queen, 2 twins, and a sofa bed + pacnplay.

1)KING MASTER BEDROOM: Sleeps 2. You'll be very comfortable in our King bedroom with TV with to stream your Roku TV to stream your own providers, dresser, as well as a large walk in closet! Private full bath w/toilet, double sinks, stand up shower, located off this room!

2)FAMILY KING SUITE BEDROOM: Sleeps 4-5. There is a 2nd King "master" bedroom complete with a second living room area that converts to a sofa bed w/TV. There's another nook room around the corner form the main king bed sleeping area offering privacy off the master bedroom suite area that offers 2 twins in a trundle day bed and a pacnplay that can be set up for infants, books and some games for kids. There's a full bathroom with stand up shower.

3)KING BEDROOM: This 3rd king bedroom offers a comfortable King bed, closet and a shared full hall bathroom! In the closet we have a card table and 4 chairs stored for extra dining seating if needed.

4)Queen BEDROOM: The 4th bedroom offers a queen bed and closet space for clothing storage.

This home offers a lot of room to sleep up to 10 adult guests + space for a few kiddos/infants.

Please inquire about DOGS. We may accept up to 3 potty trained dogs with a $75 pet fee for 2 dogs or $100 for 3. Pet crates are desired while you're away if you can. We do NOT accept cats. We have too many allergies. Your pet fee goes towards the extra cleaning required to ensure our property is free of allergens for other guests.

We live about 20 minutes from this property. You won't see us unless there's a problem.

City of Columbia ordinance requires us to follow specific protocol. We ask that you abide by all city ordinance rules.
In addition to federal/state/local laws, and any laws enforced by your booking app, please be mindful and respectful of the following house rules:

- NO Smoking in or on the property! This is a strictly no-smoking property. If you smoke we will charge you an additional cleaning fee plus a $100 charge for ozone remediation.
- No parties, large gatherings, or loud noises. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am
- No unapproved guests, unless otherwise agreed upon/given permission by host. Only the guests quoted on the stay are permitted onto the property. If you have any unapproved guests, we will charge a fee of $100/unapproved guest, and require the extra guests to vacate the premises immediately. Please approve any extra visitors with us prior to bringing them onto the property even stopping by for a few minutes as we have Code Enforcement rules to adhere by in regards to guest count.
-Guests must provide first and last names of all guests and visitors on the reservation, as well as, ages of all guests.
-No bookings under the age of 25. Anyone under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 at all times while staying on the property.
-Pet friendly with a $75 pet fee for up to 2 dogs, and $100 for 3. If you bring an unapproved pet/animal, we will charge a $100 fee for additional cleaning, and will require your pet/animal to be removed immediately. Pet fee goes towards extra deep cleaning required to free the home of any allergens for other guests.
- If early check-in or late check-out are needed, please contact us no later than 7pm the day before check-in or check-out. We will try to accommodate we cannot guarantee anything. Unless otherwise agreed upon, you cannot check-in earlier than the noted check-in time and day, or check-out later than the noted check-out time and day. If you attempt to check-in earlier or stay past your check-out time without our permission, there will be an additional fee of $50/hr to pay our cleaners as they are prompt and need to be paid for their waiting time. We may also call the police for trespassing should you overstay your welcome.
- If you break/damage something, or discover something broken/damaged, please let us know
- Do not move furniture / appliances / etc.
- Do not unplug important electronics (i.e. appliances, internet, etc)
- Do not unplug, block, or tamper with exterior surveillance cameras
- Nothing but toilet paper in the toilets

To be mindful of during stay: Please help us save our quilts/duvets by sleeping inside the sheets and not on top due to body oils/lotions/sunscreens leaving stains on our nicer duvets which are more expensive to replace.

Please Note: We will NOT ship ANY items left behind. Please ensure you have gathered ALL your belongs prior to checking out. We will not be held responsible for any belongings left behind.

By booking with us you agree to not hold property owner, property manager or the Traylor Team, LLC responsible for accident, injury, or death. All bookings understand that by booking and paying for their stay, they accept these terms at the time of booking for the duration and thereafter of their stay.

If you break any of these rules we may charge additional fees or file claims for damages and we reserve the right to terminate your stay without any refunds.
