Wonderful Stay

The property manager had really great communication about everything from check in to housekeeping needs and check out. The location was super convenient to get to the strip and easy access to the monorail which is great to get all over the strip. The room is beautiful with great views. Had a really wonderful weekend and highly recommend renting this unit from this owner.

Clean, easy access, quiet, comfortable

We have rented a few times with Joe and Debora and each time has been easy, efficient, clean and quiet. Communication is exceptional and timely. The beds are very comfortable and the place is clean. Huge bathroom is nice with a lrivate toilet area from bath and shower. We plan to continue to rent via them when visiting Vegas.

Nice space and convenient

Really nice having the kitchen so we didn't have to buy coffee every morning. Monorail was convenient. Several good restaurants within MGM. Lazy river was really fun, exceeded expectations. Thanks to the nice folks who left their floats by the elevator with a free sign. We enjoyed them and passed them along when we left.

Great Stay

This unit is a good size for two people. It was clean, quiet, and as described. I really like staying in the MGM Signature because it's just off the strip, so a little quieter, but still has easy access to the strip. Free valet and access to the MGM Grand pool, plus the Signature pools is great. I would stay in this unit again.

Great place for my sister and I's first trip to Vegas!

The room is as shown in the photos. Nice to get a city view. Great location for a little R&R after walking and site seeing around the strip. If you are looking for a great location and quiet space to rest before heading out to your next adventure, I highly recommend this suite! Joe and Debra

Book it but save a space for us!

This was a great deal! Joe and his team were responsive and communicative during the booking and again, when our vacation approached. The place is tidy. Spacious bathroom. Nice tub. Strong ac. Comfy bed. Amenities such as cups and microwave and stuff as needed. We had a great time and as a new vrbo user, i was not sure what to expect. More than pleased and hope to book with Joe when we come back with friends!

Our Stay at MGM Signature

Very nice accommodations. I love the free valet parking and the close access to the strip. We also walked over the skybridge to the MGM Grand to take the monorail to our convention site. Everything was just as advertised, very clean and the people were very nice. We will definitely rent this again for our next trip to Vegas. Regards, Davy and Joye Scheffler

Highly recommend

Everything was as advertised, except one thing. It was an easy 5 minute walk to monorail and MGM Grand casino. Anywhere else was easy to get to from there. The unit was spotlessly clean and everything we needed for our week long stay. (The mini fridge did not have a freezer, so be prepared for that.). Ice was easily accessible just down the hall across from the elevators. Joe and Debora were easily reachable and responsive The one thing that was different- we got there at 2:00 pm expecting to leave our luggage and walk a bit before getting in at 4:00. The front desk volunteered that it was clean and ready and said we could go on up.

Quite perfect

I'd stay again. 10 minute ride from the airport. Front desk and greeters we're all accommodating and helpful. 19th floor view of the strip and mountains way in the background. King bed, great sofa, dining table. Large bathroom with instant hot water.. just a plus I think. Galley kitchen with all you need. The fridge doesn't have a freezer but we didn't need that. Ice machine by the elevators... Never ran out. We ordered grocery delivery to arrive about the time we'd arrive. It's important that you be there because the desk won't accept delivered groceries (we didn't know) due to claims of missing product.. Makes sense just a heads up. I really liked that there's an elevated hallway to the MGM/monorail. No walking the street to get there. From there the monorail heads north behind the strip so your a block away from anything anywhere. Very cool set up

Awesome location, great amenities!

Stayed for 5 nights and loved it! Felt luxurious and upscale, but without the outrageous prices of other properties on the strip. Location is just a short walk to main MGM Grand via covered/enclosed and air conditioned walkway. Going in the other direction, it is just another short walk to Harmon Ave/Hilton Elara/Miracle Mile Shops/Planet Hollywood. Loved access to the Signature’s exclusive pools which were large, nice, relaxing, and a great place to chill out in a quiet non-crowded area. But staying here also gives you full access to the MGM Grand pool complex with lazy river. Best of both worlds! The unit was as pictured with great amenities - kitchenette, jacuzzi tub, glass enclosed shower, desk/dining table, sofa bed, and linens. Property security is great and felt safe staying here. Uber/Lyft pick up spot is conveniently located between towers 1 and 2. Starbucks on site. Owner was so friendly and touched base before/during/after - although we didn’t have any problems and didn’t have to contact him for anything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and definitely will be recommending to friends and family. Reserve yours now! You won’t regret it.
