Sie werden unser luxuriöses Penthouse lieben. Es befindet sich direkt im MGM Casino Hotel Signature Tower direkt am Las Vegas Strip. Dies bietet Ihnen enorme Vorteile gegenüber anderen Ferienhäusern. Sie wohnen in einer Eigentumswohnung, die direkt mit dem riesigen MGM-Hotelkomplex verbunden ist, der einen riesigen Pool, einen Whirlpool, einen Fitnessraum, Dutzende wundervoller Restaurants / Buffets, unglaubliche Shows und das MGM-Casino selbst umfasst. Wir erheben keine Resort- oder Parkgebühren. Unsere luxuriöse Wohnung verfügt über eine atemberaubende Aussicht, 2 private Balkone, 2 Küchenzeilen, 2 Kingsize-Betten, 2 Queensize-Schlafsofas und 2 luxuriöse Badezimmer. Convenient and well-equipped

Great arrangement for 3 60 yo friends for 4 nights. Plenty of space and all amenities needed. Pull-out bed was quite comfortable. Walkable to strip, easy uber or monorail when we wanted to go to the north end. Pool was nice but no food or beverage service either day we were there. Would also have been nice to have chairs on the balcony.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at here! Everything went smoothly without any problems. Cindy was amazing for allowing us to check out a little later as many of our flights weren't until later the night of check out. Would recommend staying here if you don't mind the exercise as the Signature if a little off the strip.

Great family condo and location

Cindy was a very accommodating host and helped us get acquainted with her condos very quickly. We even had a slight accident (son accidentally broke the blender that we covered the costs), but that did not phase Cindy and she helped with any/all questions that we had during our stay. The condos themselves were perfect for our family of 4 (with two kids ages 8 and 10) and the pool by Tower 3 was perfect for the kids to swim. Lastly, albeit a little walk, the location was excellent and close enough to walk to several large adjacent casinos. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet, spacious, and as described

Went to Vegas for NFL game. Walking distance to alligent stadium and hockey arena. Lots of walking required from casino hotel to tower 3 but you feel like you are on a real holiday entering a place with a balcony , view, and amenities that is quiet. Building is somewhat dated and obviously a rental but beds comfy and bathroom huge. Definitely would stay in towers again.

Ideal location with all the amenities you need

We rented 2 rooms for a long weekend and had 7 adults stay in them. They're basically nice hotel rooms with incredible views off big balconies. The MGM Grand has a great casino, restaurants, pools, shows, and more and is at a great location on The Strip. Service people were helpful and friendly. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We thought we'd have 2 beds, but there was actually 1 bed and a pull out sofa. We might not have read the description closely enough. Hope they fix the toilet that we reported because it never stopped running.

Good location and roomy apartments - short on some essentials

We booked the two 35th floor apartments for two couples and used them as a base to explore Vegas. The check-in and parking processes were easy and quick and the apartments are comfortable and clean. The balconies are empty of any furniture and not very inviting with views away from the strip towards the NE. This wasn't a big issue as Vegas was unseasonably cold during our stay. While not a major issue, it was a bit irritating that our apartment had an iron but no ironing board and both apartments had one bowl (each), and one wine glass (each). Contrary to the pre-arrival briefing the apartments did have pots and pans so you could cook a basic meal if you did not want to eat at the array of restaurants and food halls downstairs.

Family Stay in Las Vegas

The check in and out process was efficient. The location and cost was ideal for us. Communication with the host was not relevant because we were pretty self-sufficient. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Just a few things we noticed about the cleanliness and upkeep of the condo or that there were some dirt smudges in the bathrooms around light fixtures and near the toilet. That was a little unsettling. Also, the lamps seem like they were old and unstable at the top. The latches on the door locks were loose and almost coming out, as well as the toilet paper holder was loose on the wall. The furniture seemed really scuffed and could use an upgrade in the near future. None of the ice machines on any of the floors we tried to use, worked. But overall we had a good stay and hydrate this B.

Quiet, safe, convenient location

The stay at the MGM tower worked out well for our family of 5. The stay in the tower was super quiet, never any issues with noise or being disturbed in the hallway. We were able to walk from the tower to lots of places which made It very convenient. For the amount of money we paid, we were disappointed in a few things, but I say this because for this amount of money, I would expect something of higher quality, but none of this hindered our stay. First, the “penthouse suite” is really two connected rooms on a higher floor, it was all good, but beware of expectations due to flowery language. In the “penthouse” we had some things to pause about: the couch was pretty disgusting, we chose not to sit on in because it was old and full of stains all over the cushions. The safe on the left side room was not operational and the drawer fronts were missing to store clothes, it was tiny so it really served as a shoe rack for a couple pairs of shoes. The pillows are old and have no fluff (so if you hold up the pillow it flops and folds over your hand). The mattresses are old and could benefit from being replaced to avoid sleeping in ruts. The mini college fridge (which is obviously a replacement for whatever actually for that space) in the room was already full of frost before we got there so we reported it because there were strong warnings that if it had frost in it we would be charged. We contacted properly owner who was out of county and sent someone w/more lumpy pillows for day 2.

The same Signature as twelve years ago

It's been a dozen years since my wife and I had been to the City of Lights. When we were last there, we stayed at the Signature and loved it - everything from the location off the strip but on the strip, it's modern feel, the service, etc. For our August 2021 trip, the five of us (my family of four plus my father in law) couldn't find a hotel option on the strip that would accomodate 5, so looked to VRBO and were happy to find an option at the Signature. The signature is still a great property and I love that you can get away from some of the crazy of Vegas. The only issue that we had is that the modern feel that we experienced twelve years ago is not as modern when it feels like it's literally the same room as ten years ago with the same tv, the same carpet, the same wallpaper, etc. The room was clean-ish, but our room had a large stain on the carpet and stains (brown drops) on the wallpaper of the bathroom. The sitting chair was really uncomfortable. The check-in process was very easy and dealing with the owner was also very easy. Hotel staff was friendly. The Delights breakfast (tower 2) was good and there was a Starbucks in either tower 1 or tower 2 (it was closed a couple times meaning a longer walk to the MGM). Location is still really good. Off the strip, but you could still Uber pretty much anywhere on the strip for $10 - $12 or walk even down to the Wynn in about 30 minutes. One last thing. I'm not sure how a VRBO works at the Signature. I'm not sure if the owner literally owns these two rooms as a time share or if they own rights to a two-room suite. Is it always these two exact rooms? Once you're in, you're really a hotel guest. If it is these two particulat rooms, owner should do something to update. Advice: If you have kids and plan to hit the lazy river in the MGM pool, bring your own tubes. Tubes are like $35 for something that would likely cost you $10 at Target. Overall, we enjoyed our Vegas stay - there is a lot to do with the family. But, I don't think we would stay here again unless there is some updating to the rooms.
