However, we are truly sorry to learn about the inconvenience you experienced with the bed mentioned in a previous review. Our guest Logan who stayed at our property in March 2023 reviewed us as follows: It was great. A cute apartment. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, the tv was a nice add on, and overall everything was great and we had everything we needed in a place to stay. The communication was great and they even let me check in early which was a great accommodation that they didn’t have to provide (and went really appreciated). The area was a good driving distance between everything we wanted to do. Nice staff and Uber and doordash got through no problem. Overall amazing and would look for this place again if I were to go back to Las Vegas." Richard asked us to cancel his booking a couple days after he has booked with us. We have informed him he could do this himself since we never cancel bookings on our side. Since guests have to pay a cancellation fee if they cancel bookings on their side Richard asked his credit card company to cancel his VRBO payment but he lost the case. He then decided to move on with his booking and stayed with us. His wife called us once at 12:30 am, she probably did not take into consideration the time difference since they were calling from the East Coast. We always were available via email and text messages, which Richard never answered when we learned that he wanted to reach out to us.
