This house is amazing. It’s more impressive in real life than in the photos. Great location to shops and the beach with a connecting trail through the trees to the shops from the neighborhood. The host Andy Hansen was very friendly and responsive to our questions. This was a great family gathering vacation experience. Highly recommend!

The pool was a bit cold and the hot tub didn’t work but still enjoyed having a pool on the property. Instruction binder was missing and a few lightbulbs were out. Aside from those issues, the house is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. “Gary” was an excellent communicator.

The house is very spacious and exactly as depicted in the photos. We had a lovely stay and the property manager was very responsive. There was a small hiccup with check-in (the address listed on the listing map was not the address of the house), but it was fixed right away. We would most certainly stay here again!

Little disappointed in the house. Several items were broken, refrigerator in kitchen, refrigerator upstairs above the garage, lights outside door from stairs above the garage. Just a lack of paying attention to details for the price of this home. The pool cushions were extremely molded. We actually turn them over and around to find a clean side. Not one of our best.

For a more comprehensive review, please refer to our Google review.The location is outstanding, and the home’s layout is ideal for larger families. Unfortunately, the management and housekeeping did not meet the standards expected of a premium luxury rental.We never received check-in instructions or access information before arrival and only gained entry because the cleaning crew happened to be leaving and handed us the keys. Otherwise, we would have been locked out waiting for a response.The home was not thoroughly cleaned or inspected before our arrival. The outdoor living area was dirty, with stained furniture, worn cushions, frayed chair armrests, a dirty grill and countertops, debris throughout the lanai, and two full trash bins. The garage door malfunctioned, we were directed to a guest book that didn’t exist, and then sent videos for the wrong property. The digital guide and operating instructions weren’t provided until after we requested them. We also found only nine beach towels for a home sleeping over twelve guests, broken beach equipment in the garage, and a non-functioning upstairs refrigerator that had reportedly been broken for months.The home itself is beautiful and has tremendous potential, but the lack of preparation, cleanliness, maintenance, and proactive communication made it difficult to justify the premium price. With better management, this could easily be a five-star property
