Schön aktualisiert und neu auf dem Mietmarkt im Jahr 2015. Willkommen bei 'Ein Ort am Strand'. Ein Luxus-Oceanfront, Nichtraucher, 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, 3. Stock, direkt am Meer Einheit in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. Beobachten Sie den Sonnenaufgang über dem Ozean von der privaten Terrasse. Beobachten Sie, wie die Delfine im Wasser spielen. Genießen Sie das Rauschen der Brandung, wandern Sie auf dem weichen weißen Sand, sammeln Sie Muscheln und schwimmen Sie im Meer.

Dies ist eine begehrte 3. Etage Einheit, die es zu einem begehrten Ort in einem modernen Gebäude macht. Bitte beachten Sie, dass in der Anlage kein Aufzug vorhanden ist. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage mit drei Flachbild-TVs und DVD-Player. Die Wohnung ist ein fantastischer Ort für einen Familienurlaub oder einen Kurzurlaub.

Dieses ruhige Gebäude verfügt über einen eigenen Salzwasserpool (mit Liegestühlen und Picknicktischen) umgeben von wunderschönen Palmen. Der Pool ist von Mai bis Oktober geöffnet. Wir sind 9 Blocks nördlich der Carolina Beach Boardwalk, die saisonale Fahrten für die Kinder, zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants, saisonale Feuerwerk am Donnerstag Abend und Sonntag Filmnacht am See bieten. Nur wenige Blocks von der Wohnanlage entfernt befindet sich der Yachthafen mit täglichen Abfahrten auf Angelcharter, Bootsfahrten bei Sonnenuntergang, Dinner-Kreuzfahrten und Bootsverleih. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine sichere Rinse-off-Dusche und eine Waschküche für Sie. Im Lager gibt es Strandklappstühle, einen Kühler, Eimer und Schaufeln, Boogie Boards und Nudeln für die Kinder. Es gibt Parkplätze am Gebäude für ein Auto und extra Parkplätze auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite für Gäste mit mehr als einem Fahrzeug.

The room was very nice and clean. The view of the ocean was beautiful!! The only concern was how the balcony was. Stepping out on the balcony you could tell it drooped down. Walking out to the beach you could see how much it was drooping, other than that it was a great place to stay!!! Great for familys and reasonable close to the boardwalk!!

Very clean place with the essentials taken care of. Had some issues with the key not working and owner promptly responded and had the issue taken care of right away. Lovely oceanfront location. The pool is not fully salt water as advertised but is very clean and we easily went from beach to pool and back. Would definitely stay again!

This place is located on a beautiful piece of beach. It was very spacious for our group of three. There was lots of care taken to make sure that it was thoughtfully decorated, and well stocked with any needs we might have during our stay in particular, there were many beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. to use so that we didn’t have to buy or bring our own. This condo has direct beach access as well as a shower to wash off after your swim, and the pool is located on the property with easy access. There are many restaurants very close by as well as shopping the bedding furniture and bathrooms were all very clean. The air conditioner and ceiling fans kept the place cool despite the excessive heat indexes we had during our stay. The only negative thing we found at this beautiful beach condo was that the dishwasher does not clean the dishes adequately. We cleaned the dishwasher filter and ran the dishes twice, but still had to hand wash before putting them away.

Beautiful, well cared for condo. Super clean and comfy. Stunning view of ocean. Steps from beach. Walking distance to Restaurants and Boardwalk. Very convenient to all attractions and surrounding areas (Wilmington, Myrtle Beach ect). Check in was easy, hosts had excellent communication. Felt right at home for the week!!!!

Perfect

Nice cozy clean condo with steps to the beach and pool. The owners responded quickly for any updates. They even text us 4 hours early to let us know the could do was clean and to go ahead and check in early. We will be staying here again next year. About 1/2 mile down from the board walk. Low key family style on the beach. Love this.

Overall we had a good stay. This property was very dated though. Looking at the building from the beach you could see how crooked the balconies are. We didn’t feel very safe out on the balcony. Not sure if it is really old or if it has gone through too many hurricanes or both. The floor inside is not level. The owners have done some updates with a cute beachy theme which we liked. For the most part the condo was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials for cooking. The beds and pull out couch were not comfortable. It was mostly clean. The floors needed to be swept and mopped when we arrived. Sand everywhere. The key lock box was a big pain in the neck. Needs replacing with something easier to manage. My husband and son had to lock it because the button pushed so hard. The tvs need to be updated to smart tvs so guest can stream movies. The air conditioning worked but was super loud when it came on. I think for the price we will look elsewhere for a newer facility next time. We liked the area so, somewhere close. It did have convenient parking. Third floor might be hard for some but lower floors have no view. Was equipped with beach chairs and beach umbrellas. We took some of our own so we only needed to use one beach chair. There were a couple newer chairs but at least one of the chairs need to be thrown out. The beach umbrellas didn’t look like they would stand up to the strong winds on the beach. Lots of sand toys if you have littles. Two small coolers.

Wonderful hosts, wonderful property

We booked after much searching for a few key factors. One big factor was the view, which did not disappoint!! We could hear the ocean in the master bedroom, which was a bonus to me. The unit is perfect for kids, as they stocked lots of beach toys and toys in the room that entertained the kids while we got ready to head to the water. They even had bedtime books and a rocking chair which was perfect for us with kids 7, 3, and 1. Parking is a breeze here too, which after seeing other properties on our trip I can say is not always the case. While some properties stack cars under the building, each unit had a dedicated spot. The additional visitors pass was great for when family visited us. No elevator and no bathroom by the pool, so if you need a bathroom you need to get back to your room, so keep that in mind if you have young ones. Coin laundry if needed on the first floor. All in all the unit was good, and the hosts are amazing. They were very responsive, even sent a list of things to do in the area, and were most gracious during a mistake in booking. Highly recommend if for no other reason than how easy and wonderful they were to work with.

Nice beach condo!

Cozy and quiet beach condo! Perfect for a small family getaway to Carolina Beach. Steps to the sand with a great view from the balcony. Comfortable beds with linens included. Only downside is just one shower, but we made it work. Kitchen had everything we needed for our short time. They had chairs, umbrellas and beach toys to use so that is helpful since those are bulky items to travel with. Overall we really enjoyed the peaceful location and great beach days!

Comfy, cozy with great views

This was the first family vacation for my mom and brother since my dad past six years ago. We had been to Carolina Beach in some years and we wanted to relive and make new memories. We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. We felt right at home and felt the owners had prioritized the needs of a family stay.
