THE SPACE:

The primary BR includes a queen bed, dresser, full-sized desk, private vanity, and shelving. A shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects both bedrooms upstairs with another vanity, shower/tub, and sink in the full BA.
Upstairs includes a quiet reading nook and a desk/chair, perfect for remote work. Downstairs features a cozy living room with a TV, & 4-seat dining table, a fully stocked kitchen (fridge w/ice/water, stove, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, blender), and a half bath. The unit includes a washer/dryer.
Relax on the private back patio with a dining table, lounge chair, and plants just steps away from the community pool & hot tub. Enjoy direct access to a nature preserve teeming with birds and walking trails leading out to the bluffs.
You'll also be close to Target, Costco, restaurants, a movie theater, box stores and more.
