Luxury downtown apt.walk to Troy by Franklin plaza
This beautiful, historic Victorian building is on a short walking distance to Franklin Plaza, one of Troy`s most popular wedding and events venues. This apartment was remodeled with a balance of classic and modern design, featuring original brick, a marble fireplace, beautiful, plastered crown molding and medallions. For security reason we have cameras in the hallways of the first and second floor, outside the front door, outside the back door.There is no cameras inside of the listed units .
This apartment provides a very large great living/dining room. It must have been a ball room in the past. Beautiful marble fireplace, floor to ceiling windows, medallions on the ceiling, all of that gives you a wonderful opportunity to gather together with your party. We have a shared backyard that our guests can use . This apartment is on the second floor of the historical building, first two floors have twelve foot ceilings, therefore expect to climb stairs.
Connect you phone to the build-in speaker in a bathroom fan and play your favorite music while in the shower.

Neighborhood description
This building is located on a quiet street that runs between Fulton st and Grand st. It is within walking distance to many of Troy`s attractions, including the Troy Beer Garden, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, and Troy farmer`s market, which was ranked #1 in the country by American Farmland Trust Peopleâs Choice! Troy prides itself on its small businesses - there are endless restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries downtown which offer beautiful outdoor seating in the summertime, as well as boutique shops and art galleries.
Getting around
This building is directly downtown, so many restaurants, shops and attractions are within walking distance. Uber, Lyft and public transportation are also available. If you prefer to drive, there is street parking all throughout downtown Troy, both paid and free, depending on time of day and location.
This apartment can be booked in conjunction with the building`s two other listed apartment, `Luxury downtown penthouse, walk to Troy colleges`, and â Luxury Downtown w/Backyard by Franklin Plazaâ for larger groups who are looking for a shared space. The three apartments can sleep a combined fifteen guests, with two queen-sized beds on this floor, one king-sized bed on the top floor, and a pullout couch and sectional which sleeps an additional 4, king size bed , queen size bed, sofa on the first floor . If needed, air mattresses can be made available.
1. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated - any evidence of such will result in a $300 fee.
2. No noise after 11:00 PM - there are other tenants and airbnb guests in this building, so we ask that you respect them and keep noise at a minimum after 11:00 PM, particularly on week nights.
3. No pets allowed
4. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels wipes, or sanitary products)
5. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 11:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with me. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $50 late fee.
6.We do not allow frying fish in our units. The building is historical , we do not have a hood .
