Nestled on Scenic Bay at Lake Pend Oreille, this extraordinary property accommodates up to 14 guests, boasting 2 bedrooms, a loft sleeping area, and 2 full bathrooms—ideal for multi-family trips or corporate retreats.

Conveniently located just 5 minutes from Farragut State Park and 15 minutes from Silverwood Theme Park, this unique setting offers a peaceful escape. A one-mile no-wake zone from the nearby boat launch ensures a tranquil environment for swimming, lounging on the deck, reading, playing games, or enjoying a meal from the grill under the covered gazebo.

For the adventurous, the area provides ample opportunities for boating, fishing, water skiing, hiking, and picnicking, with the chance to unwind in the hot tub beneath the stars at day’s end. The entire home is fully accessible, featuring a step-free entry ramp and wheelchair-friendly access to both the front entrance and back deck. Two bedrooms and a full bath with grab bars are located on the main level, accommodating up to eight guests, while the loft sleeps an additional six with its own convenient full bath. Additional amenities include a large washer and dryer, dishwasher, trash compactor, and full-size refrigerator with ice maker.
