we are within walking distance to the beautiful Bayside town of Bayview. You can bike, drive, or take your recreational vehicle to town or venture out into Farragut State Park. Great off-road ATV up the Bunco to Lakeside! Silverwood is a short 15 minutes from our home! To the base of Sweitzer ski resort you are 30 miles away for a fantastic ski experience!

Parking for large Groups: We have space for 3 in the driveway and 3 behind and that is all that is available on site. We do have available parking off site that needs to be arranged in advance. We also possibly have boat trailer parking off site arranged in advance.

Spread across three levels, the No Wake Zone offers ample space for families and groups to spread out and relax. The bonus room, complete with 3 full beds and a designated work area, provides flexibility for sleeping arrangements and productivity alike.

On the main floor, you'll find a spacious living area perfect for gathering and entertaining. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide an uninterrupted vista of the stunning Scenic Bay and the majestic mountains beyond. Step out onto the deck, perched 70 feet above the ground, and feel like you're on top of the world as you soak in the awe-inspiring scenery. We have a lot of Hummingbirds that come every year because our feeders are so high off the ground!
