The garage is not available, and thereis a locked closet on the second floor. Parking is in front of the garage. There are three spaces available, or six if you stack your cars. You are not allowed to park on the road or on a neighbor's property. Vehicles are subject to being towed.

we are within walking distance to the beautiful Bayside town of Bayview. You can bike, drive, or take your recreational vehicle to town or venture out into Farragut State Park. Great off-road ATV up the Bunco to Lakeside! Silverwood is a short 15 minutes from our home! To the base of Sweitzer ski resort you are 30 miles away for a fantastic ski experience!

Parking for large Groups: We have space for 3 in the driveway and 3 behind and that is all that is available on site. We do have available parking off site that needs to be arranged in advance. We also possibly have boat trailer parking off site arranged in advance.
