Your comments about the towels, dust on fans and returns, and spotting on surfaces are taken seriously, and I’ve already addressed this with our housekeeping team. We’re implementing a more detailed room-by-room checklist and adding the supplies you mentioned to prevent this from happening again. We also appreciate your note on exterior visibility and lighting. We're exploring options for improved address visibility and adding a motion or timer light inside the entryway — thank you for the suggestion, it’s a great callout for guest comfort and safety.
