For clarity, our standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m.—not 5:00 p.m.—and our 10:00 a.m. checkout time is clearly disclosed in the listing before booking. These times give our cleaning team the necessary window to thoroughly clean, inspect, and prepare the apartment for each arriving guest. They also allow us to accommodate early check-in and late checkout requests when availability permits. Our detailed arrival guide, including instructions for locating the lockbox and accessing the building, is sent two days before arrival so guests have ample time to review it before traveling. Only the unique lockbox access code is sent two hours before check-in for security purposes. Because the apartment is located in a secured building, guests arriving by car briefly park near the garage entrance to retrieve the key fob before moving their vehicle to the reserved covered parking space included with the rental.
