Charmantes Haus auf 1 Ebene mit herrlichem Blick auf das Mittelmeer und die umliegenden Berge. Geräumig mit schönen privaten Terrassen - Parkplätze ohne Aufpreis verfügbar.

Wir bieten einen erholsamen Aufenthalt mit Familie und Freunden, um die französische Riviera, Monaco und Italien zu entdecken.

Zwei (2) Doppelschlafzimmer, ein (1) Einzelzimmer, ein (1) Badezimmer, Wohn- und Esszimmer durch einen Bogen getrennt, Einbauküche. Dieses Haus bietet Platz für eine Familie oder eine Gruppe von Freunden für Urlaub oder Geschäft.

Das Innere des Hauses wurde komplett renoviert. Die Bettwäsche befindet sich in neuwertigem Zustand. Alle Betten haben Bettdecken und Kissen. Die Bettwäsche (Decken, Laken, Kissenbezüge, Handtücher, Tischdecken) und Handtücher werden gestellt. Ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind vorhanden.

Die Küche verfügt über einen großen Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Kapselkaffeemaschine (Tee, Kaffee, Schokolade).

Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Großbildfernseher mit WLAN.

Staubsauger, Besen, Schwämme, Reinigungsmittel ... alles ist vorhanden, um die Sauberkeit und Hygiene Ihres Hauses zu gewährleisten.

Bei Ihrer Ankunft erhalten Sie eine Willkommensbroschüre, in der Sie Antworten auf Ihre Fragen finden können. Andernfalls helfen wir Ihnen gerne weiter. Sie haben auch zu Ihrer Verfügung Agenden und Veranstaltungsprogramme, Führer zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Karten der Städte Monaco, Nizza und anderen lokalen Attraktionen.

Der Empfangsservice in Monaco oder am Flughafen von Nizza ist nach Ihrem Zeitplan und unserer Verfügbarkeit möglich. Wir können auch vor Ihrer Ankunft Einkäufe tätigen (Essen, Trinken usw.), je nach Ihren Wünschen und Wünschen.

Ankunft ist nach 16:00 Uhr und Abreise vor 11:00 Uhr.

Ein Gartentisch und Stühle sowie Grillmöglichkeiten / Pizzaofen stehen zum Mittag- und Abendessen auf einer der Terrassen des Hauses zur Verfügung. Für die Liebhaber des kleinen weißen Balls steht eine Reihe von Golfschlägern zur Verfügung, auf denen wir Sie zu den besten Golfplätzen der Region führen können.

Das Haus ist für Kinder ab 10 Jahren geeignet.

Obwohl im Haus nicht geraucht werden darf, erlaubt der einfache Zugang zu den Terrassen das Rauchen im Freien.

Haustiere sind auf Anfrage und nach Abnahme durch uns gestattet.

Grobe Fahrzeiten mit dem Auto: Zehn (10) Minuten nach Monaco, fünfzehn (15) nach Menton, zwanzig (20) nach Nizza und Italien (Ventimiglia).

Sie können Ihre täglichen Einkäufe in Cap d'Ail oder im Supermarkt Casino von Port Hercule in Monaco oder im großen Einkaufszentrum (Carrefour-Supermarkt, McDonalds, Parfümerie, Blumengeschäft, Kleidung usw.) mit seiner großen Tiefgarage in Fontvieille (West-Monaco) erledigen ). Für den gehobenen Einzelhandel ist das Einkaufszentrum Metropole neben dem Monte Carlo Casino einen Besuch wert.

So clean, nice, and fantastic location

Minutes from Monaco, easy 20 minute drive to Nice, 10 minutes “up the hill” to exquisite, historic Eze. Charming house that is so clean; high end finished and great bathroom; we LOVED chilling and BBQing on the huge patio outside-bought fabulous meat and veggies in Monaco’s big supermarket on their main drag. We would definitely stay here agai!

Great Place in Eze

This is a lovely little apartment. The hostess was fantastic and very helpful. The department was clean and had all of the necessary amenities to enjoy your stay. The apartment is not separate, but part of a large house. While it does feel private, there is a family that lives above. It is a little difficult to get to the beach but easily accessible by car if you can find a parking space. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay

The accommodations were great - very clean and well designed. Although we never met our hostess Laty, she was always available and helpful on the phone. One thing to note is that it is very important to have a car if you will be staying at this location. We arrived too late in Nice to rent a car, so we had to go the first night by taxi, and that was a bit of a challenge. But if you have a car, it is a great place with a great view. There was BBQ pit that is exclusively available, which was loaded with briquettes and ready to go for us, which was a very thoughtful touch.

YES Please!

This property is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated, well equipped and inviting. This was our first trip to Europe so we tried to jam everything into 8 days. We only scheduled two nights at this property - big mistake! We can’t wait to rebook this property when we can come back and stay at a minimum of one week just hanging and immersing ourself in beach life, wine bars and local shopping in Eze proper. Beautiful Stay! Above and Beyond!

Laty was an absolutely amazing host! Not only was her place beautiful and very well maintained but everything seemed like brand new! She was a true host to us and made us feel at home. She personally showed us around and gave us great trip ideas. The use of the boat for the day was AMAZING!! We got to experience the Mediterranean first hand! The apartment was perfect for us! The view was spectacular and the drive up was easy. We were very happy to have stayed there and have met Laty. We will be back to stay in her place again! If you are planning any time in the French Riviera, this location is amazing! Parking easy. Close proximity to Monaco, Nice and the magical city of Eze. Lovely home in the sky!

We had a lovely stay at this home. Laty was a fabulous and responsive host. Home was very comfortable, had a well equipped kitchen for self catering and wonderful view. The outdoor space is spectacular with wood grill, outdoor seating and even more view. Although part of a multi unit complex, it feels like a single family and is very private. This area is almost exclusively built into a cliff so arriving anywhere requires driving on many hairpin turns. One requires a car to go to restaurants and shops, but none are very far . Highly recommend getting a small rental car vs an SUV…roads not built for large cars! Finding the home was a bit challenging, but Laty sent us a video of how to arrive that was spot on. So it was easy once we found the access road off the main highway. We would definitely recommend!

Great property, great location

A comfortable and well equipped property perched on hillside a few km west of Monaco. Well laid out kitchen for self catered meals. Aircon throughout really appreciated. Lovely sunroom and terrace with fantastic view down to the Med. 10 mins by car to two small but well stocked supermarkets and boulangerie in Cap d’Ail Nice and Monaco readily accessible by train from Cap d’Ail or Eze sur Mer (easier station for parking). We also drove to the hilltop villages of Eze and La Turbie (Café de la Fontaine highly recommended) and up to the viewpoints at Parc de la Revere and Tete de Chien (very atmospheric). Highlight of week was firework competition display viewed from Royal Palace in Monaco on the Saturday eve. Thank you Laty for your help and for use of your beautiful property. It was always a real pleasure to return to after a day out.

We stayed here with 5 persons for 11 days. The apartment was not as described in the online advertisement. The rooms were small. The doors of the bathroom and toilet couldn’t closed properly. The fifth person sleep in very small bed, which was not comfortable. The parking place was nearly capable for 2 normal sized cars. It was really tight. The apartment was not really clean, even the water can of the coffee machine was green. Also, the plates were not clean. Furthermore, the owner of the appartement was not really friendly. Nevertheless, the location is beautiful.

Beauty Views of the Mediterranean

Laty’s rental offered the perfect French experience for the four of us. The ground level apart of a house built on the side of a hill - like so many of the local homes are- offered amazing views and outdoor gathering space wrapping g around the unit. The outdoor space had been updated recently and was wonderful. Although we hit a buggy time of year in September visit we were still able to enjoy the space. The windy road to access was typical of the area and the infront parking space was a treat. There was a tow at the bottom of the hill for groceries and dinner one night but the house is situated between Nice and Monaco. Down the hill to the coastline and up the hill to Eze. Laty welcomed us and explained everything which was great!

Great house with beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay in Laty’s beautiful house. The view was amazing, and the location perfect at det French Cote d’Azur and close to the Éze village. Our host Laty gave all the essential information and answerd our questions quickly. The house is spacios for 5 persons, well equped, and nicly decorated. Highly recommended!

Perfect Stay in Eze

4 of us stayed in Latifa's property in Eze and it was fantastic! Great views, Latifa was a delight and the highlight was renting Latifa's boat in Monaco. If you are going to Uber, just make sure the drivers know the correct way to get to the place as it can be confusing for them, but overall 5/5 stars!

Great Location, Stunning Views and Awesome Host

We stayed here in May of 2021. The location is in a beautiful central location with great views of the Mediterranean Sea. The outdoor area is spacious and comfortable. We didn't get a chance to enjoy it all since we were traveling and on the go. There are a couple of towns nearby for groceries and small cafes. Monaco is close by as well as the Italian border. Laty, the hostess was very friendly, helpful and very responsive. We definitely would stay here again. Thank You Laty!!
