This lovely 49 m² studio is located on the 10th floor, accessible by lift.
Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom, the studio is elegantly furnished and well-maintained, featuring a sofa bed, a smart TV for watching your favourite shows, and a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.
The area features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a furnished balcony, where you can fully relax and take in the skyline views.
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort and convenience.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Please note that Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in apartment buildings or the surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Dubai Marina, Marina Walk, and JBR Beach are all just a few minutes away by metro or car—perfect for those looking to enjoy the city’s most popular waterfront destinations, whether for dining, shopping, or a relaxing day at the beach.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
The nearest metro station, DMCC, is just a 5-minutes walk.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
