The condo is very nice and the view of the ocean from the living room is spectacular.
The neighborhood looked rundown because of the hurricane, but it was a quiet neighborhood.
There were many things wrong with the use of the building:
First, I was told that onces I reached the property, find the wall with the mailboxes, find mailbox apt. # , punch # of the apt., and retrieve the key and remote to parking gate.
The wall where the mailboxes was located had a bunch of vandalized mailboxes and the ones that were good did not demonstrate the identification # of the apartment. I Ended up punching all the boxes until one opened up. I retrieve my keys and remote which did not open the gate. My son and daughter had to jumped the gate and open it from the inside; maybe because it is old and held together with tape. The gate was kept open most of the time; it wasn't closed by all the visitors leaving the cars exposed. We reach the apartment to find it extremely humid because the air conditioners were off. The walls and refrigerator was full of condensation, and the entire apartment was humid; the floor, sofa, table, everything was wet because of the humidity. The sofa pillows were full of MOLD! We turned-on the ac and fans, but the fans were so dusty, my wife(on her vacation) had to clean them due to my son's allergies.
There were other disturbing things we encounter:
1-long blonde and black hair on the living and bathroom rooms floor from previous quests.
2- The ceiling leaks in two places, the kitchen and master bedroom door and floor is always wet.
3- The apartment was INFESTED WITH ROACHES!! we had to be careful not to bring any home with us.
4. The AC units in both bedrooms were super loud!
We are being sincere with what we experience and would not like others to be uncomfortable on their stay during their vacation.
