Guest has full access to the entire guest house and common area of driveway. NO access to the Main house and amenities on the Main house side of the driveway.

Other things to note
No smoking or vaping, no illegal activity, we will not rent to proms, school groups or functions regardless of chaperone. Tampering with smoke detectors or security system will result in a $250 fine.

Minimum age to book our listing is 24.

No loud parties. No more than 6 guests can stay overnight at any time.

Niles, MI locals are not allowed to place a booking without pre-approval. This is to prevent locals from using our property as a party house.

The premises are equipped with exterior security cameras. Cameras are not monitored for guest safety in any way and should not be relied on by guests for personal security or security of their belongings. Cameras may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Any damage caused to cameras by guest may result in guest being fined.
