Hello Danielle, I’m sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your time at the house. I wish u had mentioned the television issue with me because they all work . I’m not sure what was preventing them from turning on . I know every now and again a guest will swap out the bedroom remote with the living room remote . I assume because both are Roku remotes and they look the same . However each is programmed to work with the tv they came with. As for the breaker flipping, it happens when you run both tanning bed and sauna at the same time . That’s entirely too much at once for any breaker . I didn’t think about both being used at the same time when I had them put on the same breaker so that’s my fault for sure . Hopefully I can make it up to you? How about next time you book I’ll take additional 25 percent off for your troubles. Hope this helps some , Victoria

I’m sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your time at my home. I know you hadn’t submitted your review until you found out about the claim I submitted for the damages. Which was roughly a month after you stayed . Then you took to social media to bash my house in a very public group on Facebook . Unfortunately ma’am when you or your guest damage things whether it be accidental or not you are responsible. You have lied about stuff with the listing and your stay. For instance you keep saying that the listing states 2 hot tubs . Nowhere on here does it say that . You only saw 2 Hot tubs because I was upgrading from the one that was there and the bigger one hadn’t been wired yet . You complain about size of the hot tub you used and it’s bigger then the one in the photos on my listing as well. The way you have reacted to me filing a claim has been very negative . I wouldn’t recommend you to any host for that reason alone as this has been a huge headache. Oh and all lamps had bulbs one had a broken switch if that’s what you meant to say . Trash bags are in boxes of 5 not 3 . 4 rolls of tp should have been plenty since you claim that guests were not even in the house like that.1/4 dish washing liquid is a lot of soap for dishes however had you mentioned it I could have had that dropped off when I had the remote brought out to you. I am a super host on a different rental platform and for the most part people are happy with their stay. Like the old saying goes you can’t please everyone!
