We booked this house for two moms and seven recent high school grads! The boys absolutely loved it! They had the entire bottom floor to themselves. They called it “the man cave.” we were a quick walk to the beach, and also had a fabulous pool to enjoy in our own backyard. We also enjoyed cooking out and sitting around the fire pit at night. I would highly recommend this house.

The stay was good overall. The place was not very clean, specifically the floors, but the host is already getting with the cleaning room. Location and pool were fantastic. Only problem was pool was very cloudy at first and they had to conduct maintenance many times which prevented us from swimming for hours. Host was very responsive to all issues and addressed immediately. It is not a 5 bedroom. Three are 3 true bedrooms, then a room that is a game room/hang out space that has beds. The 5th room is a living room outside a bedroom and did not have double sofa beds.

We have a lot of older kids and it was so nice to spread out and enjoy our own spaces. The pool was a perfect size! The kids played video games and the noisy stuff down stairs. The pictures were a little misleading in the main floor area. It was much larger than it seemed. We all ate our meals in the dining room or spread out to the patio. Enjoyed the BBQ pit and fire pit too.

It was important to us that the reservation matched the posting, and unfortunately, it did not. The property was very unpleasant and not as advertised. The surroundings felt very unsafe, and the overall experience was uncomfortable.We also had to go to the grocery store to purchase cleaning supplies because the cleanliness was not up to expectations. Additionally, the bathroom conditions were unacceptable and made us very uncomfortable. This experience was extremely disappointing and not what we expected based on the listing.

Everything was great and In great shape the only problem we had literally was we had to wait 30-40 minutes after arriving at 4pm for the cleaning crew to finish up!

This is a nice house but really needs a deep clean- there is mold and mildew in the shower it needs bleach badly! The kitchen was filthy. Cabinets grimy. The dishes are scattered and dirty and thrown in the cabinet. Missing blender pitcher. The pots pans etc were just scattered in the kitchen and scratched up…only 5 forks in the drawer…The house is great but if your going to list this house for rent you need to clean it and organize the kitchen as it was disastrous!

There were some issues, namely the master bed was bowed. We did not get a good nights rest the entire week we were there due to the poor mattress and damaged frame. We go on vacation to get good sleep. Had to see the chiropractor on returning home, seriously. Wont return to this property until this bed is fixed. Blender has the bottom, not the top pitcher to make shakes. 32 kitchen knives, but only 3 forks and 4 spoons. Limited kitchen utensils for cooking. One large pan had the Teflon peeling off if you like Teflon in your scrambled eggs. Only scalding hot water in the ground level shower, dangerous for kids. Window units in every room made up for the central air limitations. There was not a broom nor dustpan to sweep up a spill. Bunk bed in the master but no dresser. Better if bunks in master placed in upstairs living area. No desk anywhere for laptop or working away from home, one guest brought their own worktable for this. Bath towels grade a step above high school quality. Single lane roads in this neighborhood, so no street parking. We squeezed 5 vehicles in the driveway but no overflow parking nearby. NOT steps from the beach unless you consider steps a quarter mile. Overall great, especially for large groups. entire ground level had 6 bunk beds, and games, ping pong table, upright video games, great for kids. Pool was great with shade under the deck. Great yard for our Airedale dog. Plenty of beds. Texmex restaurant at the neighborhood entry was good. Rabbits around

The house was spacious; plenty of beds, big yard, good size pool, kitchen missing some essentials, but otherwise in working order. However, the AC was broken before we got there and we were not informed of this. Beachbox attempted to play it off as if they didn’t know when we reached out, and nothing was done that first night. No AC or air movement at all. The maintenance people finally came out our SECOND night and informed us that the AC unit had NOT been working ALL WEEK, hence the one window unit upstairs (which also didn’t work). When they arrived, maintenance installed an additional unit to the main house, fixed the one upstairs and brought 2 fans, promising that AC people would be out in the am. No one ever showed. I would not recommend due to the lack of integrity and misinformation provided by Beachbox.

The house is beautiful, spacious, and has a nice layout for a group.Unfortunately, the home needs quite a bit of maintenance. The biggest issue was the upstairs air conditioning. It was extremely hot, and the only cooling provided was a single window A/C unit and one fan for the entire upstairs. We contacted the host, but were simply told that was the only unit available. No additional fans or other solutions were offered.The beds also need to be replaced because they sag significantly in the middle, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We reached out to the host about this as well. He asked if we wanted someone to come during our stay, and we said yes, but no one ever came or followed up.There were also cleanliness and maintenance concerns. We found mold in the showers and saw several flying roaches inside the home. The pool itself was nice and relaxing, but it didn’t appear to have been cleaned before our arrival, and there were numerous cigarette butts around the pool area. Finally, while the game room was enjoyable, it had a very strong unpleasant odor.Overall, the home has a lot of potential because of its size and amenities, but it needs better maintenance, cleaning, and more responsive follow-through from the host to provide the experience advertised.

When we arrived there was dog poop all over the yard. The house was nice, but not the cleanest. There was a weird man in the next house that kept watching us. There were very few forks and spoons and we had 10 people. The seal on the oven was loose and the oven would turn off when we opened the door. The game room was nice but was not connected to the rest of the house. Was a completely separate entrance so no comfortable letting kids sleep down there. I requested a partial cleaning refund twice and the property manager said they would reach out to the owner but never got an answer. The property manager was very responsive.

We were really disappointed with our stay. Unfortunately, the property looked nothing like the photos in the listing. The pictures made it seem much newer, cleaner, and better maintained than it actually was. When we arrived, the house was noticeably dirty. There were cleanliness issues throughout the property that made it feel like it hadn’t been properly cleaned before our arrival. For the amount we paid, we expected a much higher standard. The listing was misleading, and the condition of the home did not match what was advertised. While the host was responsive, the overall experience fell far below expectations. I hope the photos are updated to accurately reflect the property’s current condition and that more attention is given to cleanliness for future guests. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend it based on our experience.

Overall the house was ok. The most redeaming quality is the outdoor area.Pros--It’s big, there are lots of beds-The pool, fire pit and new decks are great-proximity to the beach is great Cons--Even though I felt the furniture and bedding was clean over all the property did not seem well maintained. There was dirt, grime and dust that seems to have been overlooked for a long time.-the AC was broken. They sent out a maintenance worker (who was very nice and helpful) to look at it, however they knew it was broken. Every window had a window unit to compensate for the central air being broken. The window unit upstairs was attached with a huge extension cord that ran from the room through the living room. It was not big enough to cool the whole area leaving the upstairs living room too hot to use. -2 of the bedframes were broken-the maintenece worker also repaired the handle in the shower on the first floor because it came off when my daughter turned it on. -there is a large gap between the downstairs door and the floor allowing bugs to enter.-the fridge struggles to stay cold.-floors throughout the house are damaged and clearly needs to be replaced.

The host did have good communication with me. But overall it was hot. The third floor was not breathable the King size bed sunked in the middle. Extention cord to plug in window unit. And there's no A/C unit.. there are window units. The price was not worth the house. We ended sleeping all on the first floor where it was cold. With 7 bunk beds it was 19 family had to leave due to no space.
