Just a 2-minute walk from the beach, lighthouse, park and Pier Village, this luxury 5-bedroom, 4-bath retreat (including a private pool house) offers the ideal mix of comfort, privacy, and unbeatable location. Nestled in the heart of St. Simons Island's historic Pier Village neighborhood, Porch Light Cottage has been fully remodeled to showcase classic coastal charm with modern luxury. From the inviting open-concept floor plan to the resort like outdoor living spaces, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to capture the essence of island living.

Completely remodeled and reimagined, this home features a beautiful main house with three spacious guest bedrooms and a serene primary suite with a king bed and luxurious en suite bath, complete with a classic claw-foot tub. Two guest bedrooms, each offering a king bed, share access to two stylish hallway bathrooms. A fourth guest room, featuring a queen bed, also enjoys easy access to the shared baths.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, student groups (Spring Break and Graduation), etc. are strictly not permitted.

We had a great time! The house was beautiful, it had the perfect yard for our 2 dogs, there was plenty of room for the whole family. We spent a lot of time together in the dining room for meals and the living room. We actually spent most of our time at the house, it was so comfortable. The kitchen was stocked and easy to use. The location could not have been any better! We were local to everything. It was easy to get off the island as well. Our hosts communicated with us as necessary and were easy to reach when we had questions! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this house and host to anyone booking a trip!
