Overall an amazing space. Simple for those that travel to be on the beach must of the time. I worried about not have a washer and dryer in unit but we had no issues using the shared units on the floor. Just remember to bring your change. Be aware that the unit is advertised as a queen but it is a full, just FYI.
Nightly sunsets were on point!

I gave this unit a 3 star for several reasons. The only thing that it really had going for it was the location. The location is amazing. The facility itself was clean and kept in great shape for it being an older building. The unit itself is why the 3 stars came in and honestly the host should get zero stars because they never, not once, responded to any of my messages on any platform I tried. This is the first time I have ever experienced this when I vacation. Our last night there the temperatures plummeted and got down to freezing. The heat in the unit did not work and there was not a single blanket in the unit when I reached out to the host my text messages went unread. Which I thought was odd because the paper on the refrigerator said that was the best way to get ahold of them. The linens on the bed were not clean or at least that is how they appeared with all the stains that was on them. The futon that was supposed to used for the extra bed was so uncomfortable that I would like to see the host themselves make it all night sleeping on it. The other issues with the unit are minor but in the grand scheme of things they just seemed to keep compiling making the stay in the unit bad. The host will probably say “why didn’t you let me know about the housekeeping issues” and my reply to that is simple. You hadn’t responded to ANY of my messages or even answer your phone when VRBO themselves tried calling you so why would I think you would respond to one then.

The overall property was great. Beautiful pool, beautiful ocean access. The room was clean and looked nice when first walking in, however we quickly noticed flooring wasn't put together properly so there are gaps, ceiling fans both made crazy sounds on and off while running, the couch had stains so we covered it with an extra sheet we found. Communication with the host wasnt great, I stay in a lot of vrbo properties and usually get very detailed and clear instructions on check in and clean up, we got neither. I did message because in the instructions we did receive it said that we needed a car tag and arm bands but to "check the room first before you buy more". There were none visible in the room so I went to the office but was told they dont handle that so I needed to contact the property manager. After messaging about it I did receive a message a while later to check a top cabinet above the microwave. Luckily they were there but thats not a super common place to have to check for these things.Other messages were sent with no reply. Overall, for the price it was decent but with a few simple updates and better communication this place could be top notch! It really has a lot of potential!
