Other Things to Note:
DAMAGE WAIVER / SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $500 refundable security deposit or $21/night non-refundable damage waiver (capped at $195 per stay). This waiver was previously $29/night, but we’ve temporarily reduced it as part of a limited-time promotion.

PET FEES
We welcome up to two pets per reservation, each weighing under 35 lbs. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by our management prior to booking. A fee of $49 per pet is charged for stays of 1–6 nights, with additional charges for longer stays: 7–13 nights incur an extra $25 for one pet or $49 for two; 14–27 nights incur an extra $49 for one pet or $95 for two; and stays of 28+ nights incur a fee of $149 for one pet or $295 for two. For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time $49 large pet fee applies for one pet, and $95 for two larger pets, to help cover the additional cleaning and care required due to increased shedding, dander, and wear. This helps us maintain a clean, allergy-safe environment for future guests. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund.

AGE REQUIREMENT & ID VERIFICATION
To ensure the safety and security of all guests, we require identity verification before check-in. This process includes:
✔ Age Requirement – The primary guest must be 21+. Guests aged 18–20 may reserve with a one-time additional fee of $35. All other guests under 21 are welcome if accompanied by the primary guest.
✔ A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
✔ Submission of a selfie and a scanned copy of the ID through our proprietary verification software
✔ All guests staying in the unit must provide their IDs
⚠ Failure to complete the verification process may result in cancellation of the booking without a refund.

We provide essential amenities, but please note that resupplies are not provided for consumables such as paper towels and toilet paper.

Guests are expected to purchase or bring anything else they may need.

This space is not designed for guests with visual or physical impairments.
Use of electronic devices (smartphones & apps) is required for check-in, access, and communication.

PACKAGE/MAIL DELIVERY POLICY
We DO NOT allow packages or mail to be delivered directly to the unit. Please arrange for delivery to a nearby Amazon Locker, UPS Store, or alternative pickup location. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.

LUGGAGE STORAGE
We do not offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Guests are responsible for arranging their own storage solutions if needed.

DAMAGES
✔ The property will be inspected for damages after checkout, and any damages will be taken out of the security deposit (if applicable)
✔ Guests are required to report any damages upon check-in to avoid being charged after departure.
