Genießen Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf den Golf vom Boden bis zur Decke. Glasschiebetüren im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer mit neuen, einfach zu schiebenden Sonnenblenden. Sie können von beiden Zimmern aus auf den geräumigen Balkon treten, insbesondere um die morgendliche Tasse Kaffee zu genießen. Der kostenlose Strandservice zwischen dem 1. März und dem 31. Oktober bietet Ihnen zwei Liegestühle sowie einen Sonnenschirm.

Unser Zuhause hat ein warmes und einladendes Wohnzimmer mit einem ausziehbaren Queen-Size-Sofa und einem zusätzlichen passenden Liebessitz. Die aktualisierte Küche ist komplett mit Haushaltswaren und einem Frühstück mit Hockern bestückt. Es gibt einen kommerziellen Eisbereiter sowie alle wichtigen Geräte. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Doppelwaschbecken ausgestattet. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und ein Badezimmer mit Zugang vom Schlafzimmer und vom Flur. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über an der Wand befestigte Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player. Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen DVD / VCR-Player und viele Filme für Ihr Fernsehvergnügen.

Great view of the ocean!! The location of the unit was great! Close to the elevator and high enough up to get a great view. Quiet unit with great lighting. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment and has an awesome ice maker separate from the fridge/freezer that is perfect for filling your cooler. The walk to the beach is just right. Not miles long like some other properties. Nice and easy. Great rinse off station for after the beach. The unit has beach chairs and some beach toys which was a nice touch! I would definitely recommend bringing a pack of toilet paper, some extra trash bags, dryer sheets, and paper towels, but that is pretty standard condo wide I have found. There is plenty to do near by - aquarium, oskaloosa board walk/pier, shops, and plenty of places to eat. We loved the Crab Trap and Stewbys shanty. They also had fireworks at the pier we could see from the unit! The management is great, and they will text about things around the area, like the fireworks display, etc. We had an amazing time and would definitely return!

Reviewer Comments: A lot has changed with the beach chairs and umbrella service, no longer can you reserve a chair like the previous 10 years that we had been staying here. People from the public access come and use chairs also. The chairs are so far back from the water now that people from the public access will come set up between you and the water. A local program called Little Adventures also came several days and set up fishing classes in front of the beach chairs on this properties beach as well. They have lost the sense of a personal beach access that you pay thousands of dollars for while the public gets the same experience for free. Will no longer come back to Nautilus unless they get control of their beach again. VERY VERY disappointed!

Our stay here was amazing, it was such a cute condo and the views cannot be beat. There was some sand already on the floor when we arrived but it is the beach so it wasn’t a huge deal.

Great location

Location was excellent, pool was clean and well kept and access to the beach was excellent. 1503 was overall ok but the floors were filthy and the dishes/pans still had food caked on them. Although it was listed in ad only one towel per person and the minimum supplies are an inconvenience. Only one elevator was working but extremely slow, there was always a wait. All the employees and especially the maintenance man were extremely friendly. Overall we have stayed at many places in the area at this price point that were far better. With some attention to cleanliness this could be at the top of our list.

This was a simply great, exactly as described and as pictures portrayed. Very clean. The beach service was an additional bonus. Kitchen very well stocked as described. Will hopefully be back in the near future. We had an absolutely amazing time at this location!!

It's close to several very good restaurants and the traffic in front of condo was minimum. The pool was clean and temp was perfect. The condo was not very clean. The dryer barely dried. The coffee machine broke and the shower backed up. The staff was very responsive and took care of the shower within a day and delivered a new coffee pot asap. To be fair, I didn't call about the horrible dryer. The furniture looked like hand me downs for a 1st apartment. Definately needs updated. The worst thing was they only give you 1 towel per person. You're constantly doing laundry. It literally took 3 hours to dry a load. The ocean front balcony was very large and covered so we could sit out there even when it rained.
